Ok so I have had this for a while now and simply BLOWN away by how good it is. I bought it to film vinyl on my 1210s to then upload to YouTube... not actually done that once. I have however used with a laser on every single DIY job in the house. This is not the cheapest tripod out there.... but I am hugely impressed. It is well worth stepping up a bit on price. NOTHING like it. Incredible options and packs down too into a little bag. Ten stars on this!!

A great tripod for all situations. It’s easy and quick to set up and lots to adjust for right setting and fine tuning. Not quite the lightest but it is sturdy so an acceptable payoff. Would highly recommend.

I recently bought this tripod and it is definitely what I was looking for! I'm a Youtube content creator and was looking for an affordable upgrade. What interested me the most was the horizontal function. Usually I need a bird's eye view/top view not only for my videos but also for photography, this feature will be very useful. This tripod has many other options that I look forward to. For example, the head can pan very smoothly, which is great for panoramic shots or a cinematic feel. I was blown away by how high you can extend the tripod which will be amazing for photography or events. With the user's instruction booklet, it's easy to convert the tripod to a multi-angle or monopod according to your needs. It includes a travel pouch perfect for storing or taking with you. It's not too heavy, but still very solid. If you need more support you can easily attach a sandbag/weight to the hook at the bottom. All in all I would highly recommend this tripod to any photographer/video maker. It's a great professional tripod that's well built but won't break the bank. Not too heavy but still very robust. This is one of the most versatile tripods I've used. There are a lot of options for configuring it, from the normal straight up position, to the inverted position (great for macro and close-up photography!). The top section can be positioned at a 90 angle to the main shaft, with a ball in the center, so my camera can be rotated 360 degrees at the end of the arm - this is great for video when I want a nice, smooth pan. Its also great for taking panoramic photos- my camera lines up on the top of tripod and rotates around it, so I can get nice, level shots which are better for stitching into panoramas. One leg is detachable, for use as a monopod, and unlike other ones I've tried, this one actually comes on and off easily!Overall the design is wonderful.The tripod is very lightweight, and it comes in a very rugged carry bag too.I'm quite pleased with this tripod and have already gotten some very good use out of it!

Sure, extended to its full height outdoors, this isn't the sturdiest place to mount a camera. If you so much as breathe heavy on it, your camera will shake a bit. But for a commercial photography setting, this tripod has become a valuable part of my real estate kit. I have been using the Manfrotto XPRO series for years, and this tripod raises the functionality bar a whole step with the ability to invert the center column and shoot stable all the way to ground-level and even below if you need to shoot in a hole for some reason. I will still use my heavy aluminum X-PRO's for those windy days or when I'm sporting huge, heavy lenses like the Sigma150-600mm; but indoors and calm-air exteriors I've been shooting almost exclusively with this tripod in the week and a half since it arrived and I really like it. If it fails me at some point, I'll update.

If K&F were to make a beefier version of this model, I would try to be the first to order it. Double-thick legs and heavier locks plus the 8-foot reach and to-the-ground shooting would put the Manfrotto line to shame.

I bought this tripod as a gift for my son. He was very happy with it and then we went into the woods together at the weekend and he wanted to show me what he wanted to use it for.
As you can see from the photos, it is possible to take completely different perspectives and angles using the crossbar and achieve wonderful photos with patience.
But not only the crossbar is convincing, but also the whole tripod itself. The workmanship and materials are of very high quality. It does not wobble and is stable. It is also possible to attach the photo backpack via a hook, which gives the tripod even more stability. The tripod comes in a sturdy, high-quality carry bag.
