I have no issues with this little machine. It engraves sleeves for my shot glasses perfectly. I'm going to engrave some bookmarks with it soon, too.The software isn't as bad as some make it out to be. Just play around with it for an hour or so, click on everything you can (sometimes things aren't labeled well), and you should get the gist of it.

I always hesitated to buy an engraver because of its size but this one is perfect. It fits on my kitchen counter and it still feels like a commercial one and the engraving quality is great It is definitely a good buy

It works better than I expected. I refer to the video to install the driver and then the engraver is connected to my computer right away. I tested the machine with engraving on my glass cup. It works great.
This 3W laser engraver is great for small-scale projects. It is an amazing tool for DIY enthusiasts looking to personalize wood, leather, or glass.
However, the working area is quite small (3.15 x 3.15 inches), limiting its use to small engravings. It’s not ideal for larger or professional-grade work, but its performance and ease of use make it a solid choice. It is a bit slow, for the small area that it engraves, but it does a pretty decent job for the price.

This thing takes some getting used to. I engraved a photo the looked really good onto a coaster that turned out better than me using a XTool I had. Hands down.

I may have reviewed this machine earlier, but now that I've used it for a month I will review it again. Machine works well. I use it to sign the bottom of wooden bowls that I turn on my lathe. The unit is devised to engrave on flat surfaces. In my case I had to devise a mechanical system to hold the unit in place above a bowl sitting underneath. Keep this in mind if you're in a similar situation. It was a little tricky for me to get my iPad to serve this unit. I had to create the artwork on my Mac and then upload the images to the iPad that I've connected to the engraver in my shop. A little complicated initially, but for what I do, it works OK. If your intention is mass production, this unit might be too slow for you. It takes over a minute to burn each of my jobs. So, for work on the scale I require and with my ability to improvise the physical requirements and the image creation and transfer, this engraver is just about perfect. I’m glad I didn’t invest in the more expensive units

It’s a great little engraver, and in the instruction booklet there is an app which you can use whether it’s android or Apple. I like that it can be raised with 4 columns, so that I can put something large under it.

I own a 40W diode laser, so I leave big tasks up to Ol' Goliath and keep this Kentfaith laser around for engraving my logo into woodworking projects. It works about a thousand times better than a heated metal brand, and makes it easy to lightly engrave and customize many different surfaces. Just a neat little tool to have in my arsenal and I think most folks who try it would feel the same as I do about it.
