I used it to trace electric and waterline inside a wall. This device is a godsend. I only wish I had bought it sooner.

We needed to see in the engine for sand and rust, we saw lots of both very clearly.

For the price, this is a great deal. It helped me clean crud out of an old gas tank that I would have never been able to see otherwise. It's also small enough to get in places to look for issues that would have required disassembly before. Game changer!
