When I have opportunities to get camera backpacks, I seem to can’t help myself as I starting to get a decent collection of camera backpacks now. This is actually a handsome looking backpack. I like the design and the material. The material appears to be water resistant but the zippers do not appear to be water resistant. They do provide a rain jacket in case you do need it.

The issue I have with most backpacks are the lack of pockets/compartments to store items. This backpack has a decent amount of smaller pockets/compartments to store smaller and non-thick items. This backpack has a top flap design that provides a barrier to the elements. The top flap has magnets to allow it to stay in place. I really like this design as it’s quicker to access your items compare to using straps and buckles.

The main compartment is divided into 2 compartments. You can make it a single large compartment as the divider has Velcro and can be moved out of the way. If you set the backpack up as 2 compartments (default configuration), the top compartment is a very good size to store headphones and other bigger items. I wish they would have provided some pockets in this compartment, instead it’s just one big compartment.

The bottom compartment is the main storage for your camera and gear. It’s spacious enough to carry a decent amount of camera gear with you. You can access this compartment via a side access or the back. K&F offer other backpack with side access and the side access door has a pocket(s). I don’t know why they didn’t include a pocket on the side door on this bag.

I’m not a big fan of the included dividers. They are very stiff and I had a hard time trying to figure out how to setup the long dividers to fit my needs. I was able to make it work. I have 2 camera system, a Sony Full Frame and an Olympus MFT. For my Sony FF, I was able to fit my Sony A7III with a Tamron 28-200mm lens attached. Along with 3 lens (Sony 16-35mm, Tamron 28-75mm, and Viltrox 85mm) and a small Godox flash.

With a smaller system like my Olympus MFT, I was able to fit a lot more due to the smaller gear. I was able to fit my OM-1 along with a 12-40mm lens. Along with 2 small prime lens (Olympus 17mm 1.8 and Rokinon 7.5mm fisheye), a large Olympus 12-100mm lens, a full size flash, and my DJI Mini 1 drone (with controller and extra batteries).

The PC compartment is large and decently padded. My 13” MacBook Air easily fit. Overall this is a nice camera backpack and I really like that it doesn’t look like a camera backpack. Time will tell how long it will last but for now I can recommend it.

This is a nice looking bag with some nice features, I am still in the process of deciding where and how to store things, I have two cameras my back up and my main camera, the backup I have placed in the main lens storage area so I can get to it just by using the small zippered door in the side of the bag.
My main camera is stored in the top compartment, there is enough room to take the camera along with a long lens fitted, but not high enough to store my camera with it's battery grip installed, I have used a divider to make a section to store my light meter and a torch, I also had to put my winter fingerless gloves there because I did try to put them in the zipped pocket in the top flap, but because they deformed the flap it would not snap shut having a magnetic catch, so thin items only in the flap pocket.
There is a strap and pocket on the side to take a tripod, I have not tried that out yet but looks good for purpose, it also has places to attach things on the harness.
I do like the look of this camera bag, it has caused me a few problems with trying to find a good way of placing my particular choice of lenses, probably because I have the other camera in there with them, without that I could arranged things better and fit a couple more.

I got this for my Osmo Pocket 3 and Insta360. I removed all the dividers except for the on connected to the top compartment. This created a bag with a large compartment and a medium size compartment. I put my case which holds my Pocket, Insta360, all batteries, microphone, extensions, filters and power adapters in the large compartment along with my car harness and the waterproof cover. In the medium compartment I have all of my clamps and 1/4 accessories along with my waterproof case. In the laptop sleep I put all of the bags dividers. In the front I have a case with additional filters and a couple of USC C cables. There is also an open side pocket and a few straps which I have not done anything with yet.

I am very happy to have everything in one bag instead of carrying my case and my smaller accessories bag.

I needed a new bag for my 2 bodies and lenses when working at music festivals.
This bag is ideal.
Loads of adjustments for the lens and body compartments to store various sizes, a number of different easy access panels to get your equipment out easily.
A good number of pickers for batteries and accessories too.
Can strap a tripod to the outside which is handy.
The construction is solid, with a good level of padding on all sides of the bag, sting stitching and comfortable straps.

Long story short:

- It holds what you need for short excursions (1 day), if you have lots of stuff, go for a bigger backpack.
- It looks good but it is also low profile, it won't draw too much attention.
- It is durable in moderate weather conditions, for extreme weather go for a more appropriate choice.
- It is practical, the quick access pocket on the side allows you to get to your camera very quickly.
(downside: quick access for thieves too, I usually lock it with a little lock when I go in crowded places).
- The modular interior is also practical and it allows you to adapt your backpack to your plan.
- It feels comfortable on my shoulders and I do not feel any discomfort at the end of the day.
- Not scratch proof but understandable, if you take care of it, it holds well.
- For the price I am satisfied about the general quality of the product.
- Good choice for casual/recreational photo/videographers.

Long story long:

I was a bit skeptical about the 2 little ''hooks'' to lock the upper cover, but they hold well if tightened properly and they do not ruin the loops where you hook them in.

It is not scratch proof, so if you go in a tight cave or in a place where you have to walk through bushes (forests/jungle/etc), expect some scratches. It is understandable and quite average.

The backpack can hold my equipment: 1x camera, 1x 100-400mm lens, 1x 35mm lens, 1x flash, 1x charger, a 1lt bottle, 1x tripod (not too big). 1x backpack rain cover, one or two simple sandwiches if packed well, 1 or 2 extra batteries based on the size (Leica Batteries DO NOT fit in the battery pocket inside the backpack, but you can fit them in other places), a couple extra SD cards in the SD pockets, 1x lens filter, I usually rollup a microfiber towel and lock it in place between the upper part of the backpack and the upper cover, it holds well.

You can attach some small gadgets on the D rings.
On the shoulder straps you can also attach some light extras.
Example: I also attach my 90 degree angled torch on it, it holds quite well.

The backpack doesn't draw too much attention either, when I tell people that I have my camera equipment in it, they are usually surprised. That is good against thieves that target photographers and videographers. But of course, luck plays a huge role with that.
The only worrying part is the quick access pocket, which is also quick access for thieves.
I usually lock it with a little lock when I go in crowded places.

Congrats, you are still here, hope you found this helpful.

This is a very nice camera bag. It is built very well with some nice features with loading gear into it. I like the fact that you have to enter the compartment through the part of the backpack that rests against your back for safety reasons. Good size bag, it will be great for day trips and maybe even some overnighters. The only drawback that I found with his bag is that it does not hold a full size gripped camera. Luckily I can pull the grips off a couple of my cameras so it will work for me, but if you have a large full frame camera with a grip built-in you will have a hard time fitting it in this bag. Other than that, this is definitely worth the price, I would recommend it.

As a professional real estate photographer, finding the right gear bag is crucial, and the K&F Concept Camera Backpack has proven to be an absolute game-changer for me. I’ve purchased two of these backpacks—the 040-Orange and the 05-Blue—and they’ve exceeded my expectations in every way.

Hey there! Just wanted to share my recent experience with this awesome backpack I got. I took it with me on a trip to Ukraine and noticed a small issue with the stitching while at Heathrow. Since I was already in Ukraine and past the 30-day return window, I reached out to K&F customer support. Julie was amazing and arranged for a new backpack to be sent to me. When I got back from my trip, it was waiting for me!

I really put this backpack to the test in Ukraine, and it held up great. It's compact yet spacious, making it perfect for quick trips on budget airlines. Plus, it's well-made and customizable, with convenient straps for a tripod and rings for attaching lenses or filters. I usually don't endorse products, but the customer support and quality of this backpack are truly top-notch!

P.S.: it doesn't have to be your gear backpack alone! It's super versatile and can be your daily back for everyday travel

This camera bag offers a generous 22-liter capacity, making it ideal for photographers who need to carry a lot of equipment. The customizable interior compartments are perfect for organizing my DSLR, multiple lenses, and accessories, ensuring everything is secure and easily accessible. The inclusion of a dedicated 15.6-inch laptop compartment is a fantastic feature, allowing me to keep my laptop and camera gear all in one place without the need for an additional bag.

The quality and durability of the bag are top-notch. The rain cover is a standout feature, providing excellent protection against unexpected weather conditions and ensuring that my gear stays dry and safe. The bag is well-padded and designed to absorb shocks, which is crucial for protecting delicate equipment during travel. Additionally, the adjustable shoulder straps and padded handles offer comfort and ease of carrying, even when the bag is fully loaded.
