49mm MCUV Lens Protection Filter with Lens Cap Optical Glass Ultra Slim 18 Multi-Layer Coatings Nano-Klear Series
SKU: KF01.K49V4
This is a great filter (and cap) from K&F Concept. The cap is made of high quality plastic and comes with a strap for the cap. The filter is very thin, has knurled edges, and is coated with an optical coating to prevent flare. This filter reflects green when tilted into the light. I see very little to no loss in image quality on a 32.5MP camera and a very sharp lens at f/8 (tested on a Canon R7 with RF 70-200 f/2.8). For almost the same price, this lens filter is MILES better than the (unfortunately very common) Amazon Basics protective filter (which I also own). The Amazon Basics filter has no knurled edges, is thicker, softer, and has no coatings. This lens filter is absolutely fantastic for the price!

previously purchased a UV for the same price from another vendor and was disappointed. The glass was clear but when using a 24-105mm lens I got black corners at zoom lengths over 50mm. With this the images are clear, no issues with the corners. The quality of this glass seems on par with options that are much more expensive. The metal housing is knurled in the perfect places to make instillation and removal easier. With this set, having a lens cap with holder included is a huge plus. The only thing I can change is the cheap plastic housing but due to the low cost it's hard to argue against that. You can't go wrong with this UV filter. I use this on a Cannon R6 Mark 2 on a 24-105mm f4-7.1 lens.

The filter itself has good transparency with the coating. The lens cap is a useful extra that helps when I misplace the original cap.

I'm relatively new to the world of filters... I didn't particularly need them to shoot art, which is mostly what I've done with cameras for most of my life. Now that I'm getting into photography and filmmaking a bit, I'm trying all sorts of new things, including a lot of filters. I've yet to get a bad one from K&F and I've always liked the build quality. I'll keep getting them until I have a reason not to... which is hard to imagine right now, I've had very consistent experiences with them. Very happy.

The K&F Concept 67mm MC UV Lens Protection Filter is well made and feels like very good quality. Looks fantastic on my Sony lens and works well making photos look good.

It's nice that it came with a case and a little strap. I only needed the filter lens as I broke my old B+H and I didn't want to replace it with the same brand. I found this and tried it and it fit my Canon lens perfectly. Another filter can be put in front of this filter just so you know. It's good quality and clear

I shoot a lot of paintball and this filter is a great little UV filter. No added aberration or flicker. Easy to take on and off. I will probably add more for my other lenses

Good filter, as expected from K&F. It serves as lens protection and for mounting a lens hood for a Canon 35mm F1.4 EF lens. A little thicker than I expected; but threaded on perfectly.

nice group of accessories including lens cap and lanyard. The lens filter itself is described as ultra thin. Personally, I would prefer a slightly thicker lens frame. The problem with ultra thin filters is taking them off after installation. The frame screws into the threaded cavity on the front of the lens and there is little to no knurling visible. It is very difficult to get a grip on it to unscrew it. I usually swap out a protective filter to use ND or polarizing filters. However, the frame and threads are well made and fit well on my lenses. The inclusion of the lens cap is a very nice touch. The optical glass of the filter is coated and seems very high quality. The price is very low.

Thin, well-made, with no aberrations or color tints, if you're looking for a UV protection filter, this is a great, affordable choice.
