I'm getting increasingly impressed by K&F filters. I have an assortment of them and find them to be well-made and do not degrade the image. This is another I've added to my kit. There are different schools of thought on the use of filters and I am on the "must use" camp. These kinds of filters protect your expensive glass. Over the span of decades of holding a camera, a UV/Skylight filter has saved the front element of my lens from impact. The filter takes the hit and shatters but the lens stays intact. Very happy with this new filter.

I just picked this filter up as insurance for the front element of my 70-200 f/2.8 VR lens. I have purchased a few of these in different sizes now, and as long as you are careful not to overtighten them (they are SUPER THIN and not easy to grip tightly) they seem to work as well as the much thicker and more expensive B&W multicoated filters. K&F typically has good quality and these filters are no exception.

If you get vignetting with this filter, you'll get it with ANY filter. I've never seen anything thinner.

I also like that you get a decent little storage box, and the lens cap is every bit as good as the OEM ones I have. Not sure what you'd need the little lanyard for (at least as far as filters are concerned), but the included microfiber cloth is also appreciated.

In the balance between protection and utility, this filter definitely skews toward utility. It will protect my front element from dirt, dust and smudges, but maybe not large mechanical knocks. On the flipside, it's lightweight and is never going to make your image corners dark.

If you are truly rough on your gear, you might need a thicker filter to save your lens front element. But if you prize good optical quality and minimal weight, then this filter should be near the top of your list.

I've become a huge fan of K&F Concept. It's hard not to take the cost of this series of filters into consideration. This is the first filter from this series I have gotten, all the others have been either the Nano or the top-line series.

The filter is almost disappointingly lightweight, especially in the 52 mm size I got. It has very deep ridges on it, that really help with the grip—and, they do not add to the overall diameter, so if you have a slide on cap or hood, they will not interfere. It is also very thin, which is a good thing—but is also my only complaint with the filter—the inner threading (on the front of the filter) is too shallow to hold the OEM hood that is designed to work with the Nokton lens that I'm using it with. It sort of holds it, but there's some wobble and a bit of play, so I'm bummed about that. I tested it against the ~10 year old "pro" level German MRC filter that has been on that lens since I got it, and it is visibly a better filter in terms of overall contrast. (The hight level filters from K&F are even better in this regard.)

And, for this great price, you get a lens cap and a sealed cleaning cloth. The lens cap, which I have bought separately;y also, was the first K&F product I used that I felt was a flawed design, and this smaller one is also—while the recesses for your finger tips are plenty deep on the cap, the surfaces you pinch to use the cap are completely smooth, and I have trouble using them. I've been able to fix that by gluing a very small (~ 0.02 x 0.06) plastic strip along the side edges of the pinch points, which makes these work really well.

Great UV filters that provide nice protection an color rendering without color and quality degradation in your image. Fits super well and the build quality is amazing. These basically live on my lenses when they are not paired with a matte box. Really awesome and if you're in the market for UV filters, these are a great option.

This UV Lens protection is more like a lens protection without removing UV. I do just a basic UV test with a UV light by putting the light through the filter and it doesn't remove the UV light effect at all. Some of UV Filter lens do remove the UV light, but this one doesn't at all. Works great at protecting front lens elements. Reflection is still there but minimal. It doesn't affect the image quality at all and I like they all come with a lens cleaning cloth.

I really like this filter and how it worked well with my photos and truly offset the harsh light. I prefer my landscape photos to have a real quality to them and this HD filter is what I needed. Ensure that you purchase it for a 55mm lens. The filter is lightweight, comes with it's own lens cap, a microfiber cloth, and comes in a secure plastic container with styrofoam protection. I really like the presentation of these products from K&F concepts. The lens itself is is made with great quality and I like that it works for many different types of photography. It's a good addition to your kit! It's definitely worth the cost.

This lens protection UV filter is great when you want an extra layer of UV protection on your lens.
The lens has minimal impact on the images captured but the extra layer of protection is useful. The coating appears excellent and easy to clean.

Obtained for my daughter who is a photographer. This is her favorite brand of filters so she loved getting one as a just because gift. She says they are the best filters on the market and will not use any other brand.

I see no image degradation whatsoever. The lens cap is a little harder to handle than other lens caps, but nothing to fret over. The lanyard and cleaning cloths are some nice extras as well.
