I use it multiple times a day (HVAC tech), I love it and have become proficient at using it to diagnose and prevent breakdowns. Has made me a much better tech, made me alot more money, and made my job fun.
It has great resolution. Better than any other camera in this price range. And the app works flawlessly. Lots of color pallets for highlighting hot or cold spots. There's in depth features I don't even use like editing and exporting the heatmaps. Never need to keep it charged since it just plugs into your phone, I wish the usb was a bit longer so I could connect it to my phone with the case on, I just got a little extension plug for that. Man I love this thing and so do my customers. It's fun to mess around with outside of work too

This thing is pretty aweseome. For the price, it brings great resolution and the app is very stable. I'm impressed!

Works great as a cheap option for a thermal camera. Would recommend to anybody wanting a thermal imager for close to medium range distances

I would have given this item five stars however the USB C connector is not long enough to be inserted into the phone connector with my phone in its slime line case. The phone must be removed. I had to order a USB extension connector to solve this issue. If the camera connector had just been designed a little bit longer this would not be necessary. I do not like taking my phone out of its case just to plug something into it. But for that, this is a great product and I am satisfied with my purchase and would buy it again.

I didn't expect to get a case, or even a nice one, so that was a pleasant surprise. The case is a hard fabric shell and included a pair of USB extenders.
The app is really straightforward and has quite a few nice features.
I like that when you plug in the camera, the app loads and is ready to go in about 2 seconds.
The video frame rate is really good, just be aware that the video will freeze during sensor calibrations, which happen more frequently during high contrast imaging.
This is definitely a good thermal camera for the price though - it is cheaper, higher performing and has a better app than a comparable FLIR.
