The product was pretty easy to set up, although the instructions could be improved and spell checked.
Setting up the App though seems to be impossible. I tried three times to make sense of the screen as well as the instructions, and now I think I've given up. The App is not needed for operation. I can't review Tech support, as I haven't used it. Please note- I don't recall the product description stating 8 batteries were needed. I also purchased the extension mounting pole, but it doesn't appear that I should use it, The station instructions indicate that easy access is needed to clean the rain gauge a few times a year, and, on occasion, the batteries will need to be changed, so the extension pole may make that very difficult for me to handle.

I have had several weather stations in my lifetime, and this one is by far the best. The console is easy to read big bold numbers. I’m hooked up to weather underground PWS. so no matter where I’m at I can always see the weather at my home on weatherunderground. I definitely made the right choice buying the Kentfaith weather station…

Super easy to setup and get connected to WU.

We are enjoying our weather station. It comes carefully packaged with easy to understand instructions. The additional probe will help us monitor greenhouse temperatures in the winter.

I live on an elevated hillside, where wind and rainfall can be substantially different than the local area forecast information I receive. So having my own personal weather station will be nice to track weather data. Connecting this device to my WiFi was a bit of a struggle but this was due, I believe, to the 2.4 GHz/5GHz Orbi mesh router system I use, that isn't very flexible to assigning devices to specific channels. So initially, the device wasn't found. But with persistence, eventually it sync'd up and is now working fine.

In addition to the monitor console device tracking temperature and humidity right where it is positioned, there is a wireless device you can place inside or outside for separate tracking. I've put mine on my covered patio so I have an idea how hot it is at that specific location vs. what the temperature is at the fully exposed sensor device.

I like the display monitor. It's attractive and easy to read. You can also access your data on their Kentfaith phone app. But I also signed up for Weather Underground and prefer their app and webpage format where you get 1 year free data access. This site has great graphics with lots of options to review accumulated data by day, month or year.

I'd definitely recommend this device.

The WSO300 came in the mail yesterday. It was packed well and I really had no problem getting the outside unit and the inside console linked together. I liked the way the outside unit was configured and ease in mounting (just make sure the solar panel is pointing SOUTH).
I guess my grip is that the two websites, for the weather machine are not accessible unless you put in your Credit card number. The sights continue saying your credit card will not be charged, just need number.

set up guide is not very clear

Lots of features. Colorful display and many of the settings can be adjusted for your unique situation. We live at a private airport and put it near the runway for better relevant weather reports.

in general I'm happy, but I spent half a day for installing and tuning it... In my case, I have to 3d print extra things for installation on the wall, because the angle of my wall is far from the south. anyway everything works as expected

Printed setup guide could be clearer but the online instructions were much better. System was fairly easy to setup and gives me all the information I need. The screen is great and is well thought out.
