We loved it - showed it to my 6 year old Grand Daughter and she showed me how to use it. We found an ant farm community in the driveway and had a ball. Great product - thanks

Can't say anything bad about it. Works amazingly will make soldering small chips much easier and works plugged in or unplugged on battery. Photo is on battery in a dark room but forgot to pull the screen protector off. Will definitely purchase from again should I need another down the road.
Amazing for the price

A great purchase! Is exactly what I was hoping it would be and more. Such a variety of options as far as magnification and lighting. Even used it to check the condition of my record stylus!!

Perfect for reading legends from old Roman coins. Well-suited for examining fine detail. Unnecessary for the casual collector. A regular magnifying glass would suffice if the issue is one of vision. Price point is correct.

I'm a R&D engineer and we have nice microscopes in the lab, but it's far away and we're lazy. So we started using USB cameras, similar to the ones Dyno-lite makes. They're a bit hard to hold, especially at higher magnifications. They make stands for them, but you still need to connect them to the computer and use some shady software which is a pain and potential violation of IT policy. So we started using these. They solve our issues and allow for maximum laziness. There is one of these at quite a few desks now. They magnify well, hold the camera steady, and don't need to be connected to a computer. We use them for looking at small parts, identifying defects in molded parts and the like. It can also be used for stuff like knife sharpening. I've been using handheld microscopes for that but they're a bit awkward to use. This is a lot easier since it holds the camera still for me. Check out the image I included of a blade's edge. Fancy!
Good magnification and ease of use. Good magnification and ease of use. Good magnification and ease of use.

These seemed to be well made. The kids absolutely loved them. Most the adults have also been shocked by what they see. Love the questions it inspired! didnt have any issues with quality or them messing up

If you don't know where to start, these are great for you. The samples are properly placed to maximize light distribution and visibility. The bugs and plants are in a great condition, you can see everything really well. Not only are these samples a good place to get started, they also work great as an example so you can prepare your own slides

Good samples, great slides to accompany a microscope for both learning and teaching. Quality is good, and the case is sturdy keeping the slides secure.

I bought this for my coin collecting hobby. In the past, I have relied on using my phones camera and zooming in to identify older coins. This makes that process so much easier. The setup took about 1 minute, the instructions do a great job of preparing you on how to use the microscope. We tested on some rocks and our fingers for fun.

The built in camera allows you to either take pictures or short videos of whatever you are observing. This could really come in handy for anyone selling items where the details make a difference.

Very nice for 49.99 for sure it's not an electron microscope but for sure it will do most things. Push the microscope all the way into the cradle, the pictures in directions show it up a bit, this is wrong, it need to be pushed all the way into the cradle or you won't be able to turn the focus nob. If the picture looks like a negative, you just need to turn up the light. It took me a bit of study to figure most of it out, and there are a few things I haven't done yet. They say you get what you pay for, that's true but I think you are getting quite a bit for a little as this microscope cost.
