The K&F Concept V Mount Battery is a handy power companion. It's this compact 99Wh mini V-Mount battery that's surprisingly powerful. I was impressed by its design – super compact but packs a punch with 99Wh. It's become my go-to for keeping my LED COB light powered up during shoots. The fact that it's small and mighty makes it a fantastic choice for on-the-go use. The various interfaces (2 D-TAP, USB-C, USB-A, BP) are handy too. Overall, a nifty and powerful little gadget for anyone into photography or video.

This battery is a marvel! I do a lot of professional video shooting and the shots that need to be taken are - very often - far from power sources... So I plug my camera into a fake D-TAP battery, my lighting back-up etc... This battery has not one, but two D-TAP outputs, a PB interface, a USB-C port (PD Fast Charge) and a USB-A port. In short, everything you need for mobility and of course a V-Mount attachment to put it on standard supports. So it doesn't have a very small format if we compare it to classic power banks for the same capacity but on a camera it fits perfectly (and it's not exactly the same use). It makes my shooting so much easier that even when I have access to power, I use the battery to avoid running cables. I knew K&F Concept well for the quality of its photo filters, but the same care is given to this battery.

This K&F product offers the exceptional quality and design that the brand has accustomed us to. The clear LCD screen with USB-C and A outputs is a handy plus, although access to the power button is easy, which can lead to accidentally turning it off. Despite its significant size and weight, it has become my favorite standalone power source for charging my iPads and iPhones on the go. While sturdy and reliable, the price may seem steep to some people, but overall it's a solid kit for those who need reliable power during extended trips away from electricity.

This battery has a capacity of 670mAh with a voltage of 14.8V for a compact footprint. In terms of connection we have a BP interface, a d-tap connector, a type A and type c USB. The first 2 are for the photo/video world as well as the V-shaped mounting bracket. On the other hand, the USB ports can be used for any type of power supply, with an output power of 65w. The OLED screen provides clear and easily readable information on the status of the battery, its consumption and above all the remaining usage time, very practical.

For shooting video and still photography in remote locations I need to use equipment and power sources which are of sufficient quality and operate reliably. This K&F Concept V Mount Battery is sufficiently versatile for a wide range of power applications and in my experience it performs very well.

It is supplied with an instruction booklet and is compatible with both mini and regular V battery plates enabling it to attach to a compatible camera or V plate used with a videography rig. It can also be used much like a regular power bank for charging phones and other devices. The outer casing of the battery is a carbon fibre effect. It has the standard V batt BP terminals plus two D-Tap in/out, USB-A out, and one USB-C in/out.

I especially like the presence of the OLED display which clearly shows charging status and information relating to the power outlets while the battery is in use. Voltage output and remaining usage time are present in the display based upon amount of power being used by connected devices. It has support for multiple charging protocols including PD, QC, SCP, PPS, and APPLE-2.4A.

It can be charged with a suitable power source using the USB-C input or by my preferred method using a dedicated D-Tap charging unit. It certainly packs a lot of power into a relatively compact battery which is capable of 99Wh, operating at 14.8V.

I have been using it to power field monitors, audio recorders, COB lighting as well as charging a range of portable devices. In summary this is in my opinion a very good quality Mini V battery which is reasonably priced when taking into account the very useful display, capacity and wide compatibility. Over the last few weeks since it arrived It has performed flawlessly and I am confident to recommend.
