It was a bit expensive (I'm not used to buying photographic material xD) but it works perfectly and the packaging shows quality. I have used it many times

The quality is there, the light and the faces are diffused as desired. Change and give a soft cinema look to all your shots! I have already tried cheaper filters but here I must admit that the filter does the job really well. Night shoots look better with it! At the top I recommend!

bought the 46mm to use with the Leica Summilux 35 Asph Fle. In contrast to other filters, this one is slightly larger on the outside, so the lens hood no longer fits. I thought it would be good to know if anyone uses it with this lens. Other than that, it's a great filter!

really wasn't sure what to expect from this filter. I mean I know what technically it should have done but I've been fooled before with bad results and not knowing this brand. I was ready to be disappointed, but I certainly wasn't. This filter offers a beautifully softening effect that doesn't blur so much but maintains decent focus while producing a very soft touch of haze. It's very delicate and a really nice tool in a portrait photographer's arsenal. It also has a beautiful effect on candles and sharp points of light, creating a soft hue or softened aura around the light source. It looks a bit "dreamy" if that helps paint the picture. I've used this filter with my primary Nikon portrait lens and intend to continue shooting with it to learn more about it, but so far it's been quite an exciting discovery. I will say that while this filter is safe enough, it does not fit my lens threads as closely as I am more used to. Something doesn't seem right, but they're not binding, so I'll leave it alone well enough. I'm very impressed with this filter and think it's pretty good value.

The "K&F Concept 62mm Black Diffusion Filter 1/4 Black Mist Soft Glow Diffusor Lens Filters" is fine, but I've found my Nikon lens to not screw on tightly (like the threads are a different depth or so). The filter itself was a bit dusty when it arrived, at least I thought so. It has a nice effect on portraits if you don't mind a softer focus effect.

As with most K&F products, the build quality of this filter is quite good. The threads are smooth, the filter ring is powder coated and then the optics... well, hard to tell they're clear or anything as it's a diffusion/softening filter, but the image quality is still quite good. More about that later. The filter comes in a circular filter housing which is one of the cleanest filter housings I have ever seen! If they aren't already selling these as products, they honestly might be! There are raised dividing circles that allow you to fit filters of all sizes into the case, unlike most that have a foam cutout (which admittedly offers more padding). It would be nice if the filter housing had a little sticker stating what's basically on the box - "Nano-Series 52mm MRC Black Diffusion 1/4" in my case. In fact, the outer box has it listed a few different times , including twice on the sticker label... one on the case would be even better The optics look like clear glass with a few small gray dirt spots This is the intended design The effect it creates is a soft diffused glow ;a bloom effect.Using this black diffusion filter reduces contrast and overall it looks like a soft filter. But sharpness at the point of focus is not affected too much so they are used in portraiture as well as other creative photography Light sources bloom when looking through this filter I still find the 1/4 power very useful, while the 1/2 to 1 can be more of a niche.

Great filter for night street photography in well-lit situations. Street signs, lights, etc. Give your pictures a very nice, soft glow. During the day it gives a soft, cinematic touch. Not 100% on my lens but a very nice filter to have in your bag.

This filter does exactly what it claims to do. It provides a slightly softening, hazy effect that is more visible in certain lighting conditions, e.g. B. when you point at the sun during the golden hour. For me the effect is not as strong as I had hoped and so this has become a filter that I only get to use once infrequently, for very specific and rare situations. To describe the effect, I'd say think of the old look you see in cheesy Christmas movies where there's a scene with candles and there's a steamy, hazy glow around the flames. It's a subtle form of it. And yet, when used during the city's golden hour, it can add a dreamy effect to footage if you know what you're doing.
