I liked the clarity of the photos. The focal length is wonderful for the purpose it was bought for. I don't like the sound of the autofocus motor in the videos, but that's an easy fix with an external microphone. At this point, price and benefits go hand in hand. T Harris Photographer

I am very happy with this lens. The quality is more than decent considering the price. Sharp and bright :) Unbeatable value for money.

I recently tried this lens at a press event and I was pleased with the images. I also wanted a good lens that I could use on long-distance rocket launches without wasting over $500 just to be ruined by rocket exhaust. I might buy again depending on if it survives launch.

It offers the best value for money at this price point. Images are pretty sharp even in low light.

The thread connection (filter) is not optimal, as is the sun visor, the price difference to the Nikon original is relatively small would buy the original next time.
