I don't have to write anything more about the use of ND filters for adjusting the exposure on bright days, but I want it for the polarization function: the first vacation with the Mavic 3 Classic at the North Sea, yesterday several flights over the open sea, filming ships and the island from the water. And normally the sky would be reflected in the water, instead the water had its natural color and you could see the seabed even further out. That's exactly what I expect from such filters. The combination of neutral density and polarization is spot on, combining 2 important properties in one.

The case is very neat, magnetic. The lenses are extremely easy to get on the Mavic 3 Classic. Overall great lenses. Very useful for professional shooting and to protect the camera lens.

I recently bought a DJI Mavic 3 Classic, mainly for filming videos. The Mavic 3 is great because it has a physical aperture that lets you control the amount of light that comes in, but like any camera, it's limited. So in order to film at a cinematic frame rate with a shutter speed of 24fps and an exposure time of 1/50th of a second, I needed help, even on cloudy days. These ND filters do it and do it well.

The filters come in nice plastic packaging with solid foam cut outs for each filter which protect them well. The filters fit the camera just as securely as the clear glass filter that comes with the drone. But it may take a little fiddling to get it just right. And since the area of ​​the ND filter region is slightly larger than that of a clear filter, the additional filter area ensures that there is no vignetting (darkening at the edges) that can often occur with ND filters. Also, I didn't notice any color cast.

If I had to complain about anything, it would be the microscopic lettering that the filters are labeled with. This is partly due to the thin frame, so they don't have much to work with. But for old people like me, they could have used a slightly larger font. So keep a magnifying glass in your pocket if you want to know which filter to choose.

Otherwise, K&F generally makes high quality products, and it appears to do so. That's a good value.

The video example was shot on a mostly cloudy day at 24 frames per second, 1/50 second exposure time, 400 ISO, f/6.3 with the ND8 filter.

The ND filter set for the DJI Mini 3 Classic was well packaged and delivered quickly. All filters are delivered directly in a practical plastic box. The scope of delivery includes 4 ND filters with integrated polarizing filters. With the ND filters you can record much nicer videos, especially on cloudless days. These are like a pair of sunglasses for the camera, the higher the value, the darker the image. When filming in 4K 30fps, the shutter speed should be 1/60 to make the footage look cinematic. However, this is impossible on sunny days, even if the ISO is 100. So it needs an ND filter to darken the image. If you want to record with 60fps, you should set the exposure time to 1/120. This requires an ND filter with a small value. So far I have only used the ND4 to ND16 filter. The other filters are only suitable for special applications or for long exposures. The latter is difficult to achieve with a drone.
I am also satisfied with the processing quality of the filters. They are made of aluminum and glass and are very light. The filters do not affect the functionality of the gimbal system. The protective hood still fits on the gimbal system. The filters can also be attached and removed without any problems. They also sit very firmly on the camera. Finally, you get inexpensive ND filters that help you to expose the video with the ideal exposure time.

So far I've only had good experiences with K&F Concept and have therefore gotten the filters from K&F again for my new DJI Mavic 3 Classic. Coming in a small box, they are of high quality and offer excellent picture quality. Unreserved purchase recommendation from me.

Fits my drone perfectly, no problem and is really secure. Tested in full sport mode and don't worry if you think it might come off. Also easy to take off. No problems with the gimbal either, so nice and smooth. It's also easy to set via the stop range as small markers tell you what end value you are on. Great quality and brilliant for sunny days when you need a slow shutter speed. Goes from 5 to 9 stops and finding 5 stops works very well for most things I tested, namely ND32. No color loss from what I can see with my eyes anyway so overall a great product and invaluable for bright days. Also a great price. Happy Bunny here. Bottom up
