Overall, I am satisfied with this K&F model, which dims the light sources at night and creates a pleasant atmosphere during the day. I use it with an Xpro-1 which makes a combo with an analog rendering for a digital camera.

First of all: I have already ordered a couple of other filters from K&F Concept. Otherwise always directly from the manufacturer. The delivery always takes about 14 days but is cheaper. This time I bought it here because there was an offer here on Amazon. In addition, the delivery only takes a few days. About the product: The filter is elegantly and securely packaged. The glow effect is particularly effective at night. This gives the images a vintage film look

The lens is extremely well made and the effects this filter can provide are superb. Excellent construction with precision threads as well as magnetic instant on/off capability. The NANO multi-coating is superb and does NOT produce any artefacts, focus issues or any other issues.

Black Pro-Mist 1/4 filters are used for a number of purposes, not the least of which is to soften skin contrast and create a "dreamy" effect for portraits and general subjects where softened contrast is desired.

This 67mm set is a widely used size of many lenses. For me it's the right size for most of my Tamron lenses as well as the Sony 85mm f/1.8, Sigma 16mm f/1.4 APS-C and my Canon 100mm f/2.8L macro lens. That makes this single filter set an excellent value for the already low price on Amazon.

This particular filter model offers 1/4 diffusion that creates a softer, cinematic effect and is great for both stills and video. This K&F version uses a unique magnetic adapter that screws into the front of the lens and allows 1-second attachment of the Black Pro-Mist 1/4 filter for easy use and removal. Turn on/off immediately.
This makes it incredibly easy to use a camera with or without a filter and not have to screw it in and out repeatedly. Great innovation!

As a YouTube video producer, influencer and vlogger, this filter has been fantastic for spontaneous shots and videos when I see a scene or shot that would benefit greatly from some softening... especially of people for live action or portraits when outdoors record in bright light or sunshine. Shadows are not affected and reflections are softened somewhat. Perfect!

I own a number of K&F filters of various types including UV, ND, polarizers and diffusers. I have placed great trust in the company's products without hesitation. This particular filter set offers excellent value for money when compared to much more expensive similar filters such as those from B+W and Hoya whilst offering virtually equivalent performance. Fantastic!

For me, this filter is clearly a Strong FIVE STAR winner and gets my honest and VERY warm recommendation! Simply excellent!

No complaints. The diffused lights are not overwhelming and are fun to shoot with. Satisfied with the quality for the price of the product.

This is great when used in the right situations. I like to use it with my Fujifilm cameras. Build quality is as expected, which is pretty decent. I have no complaints. If you don't like this one, you might want to try a "Glimmer Glass" filter.

The best black fog filter I've ever used. Sharp image with a subtle soft shimmer.

I own Tiffen's Black Promist 1/8 and 1 so I know of their quality. I thought i'd try this new filter from K&F and I am pleasantly surprised! Very good quality and definitely an alternative of the Pro Mist that people should consider. it renders wonderful images.

MRC coating on this is quite poor; got lots of flare and haze from reflections, which are especially problematic with a mist filter; you can't push the contrast up the way you usually would, as it ruins the mist effect. Look at the top right on my attached photo, at the top of the tree.

Additionally, the mist effect is different than other black mist filters I've used, and not in a good way. The suspended particles are a lot larger, even in the 1/4 filter, and are easily visible to the eye. In practice, this resulted in a less appealing bloom effect than the Hoya and Tiffen filters I've used. I suspect the larger particles are causing a lot more refraction, which is what's causing the haze.

For the price, they're not unusable, but I would recommend paying more for one from Tiffen or Hoya.
