Quality is good. The only thing that bothers me is that the cap of my Canon lens does not stay on the filter.

I have the filter for my new Nikkor Z 50mm f1.8 S. The feel and the packaging are really very good. Unfortunately, I have visible reflections when shooting at night. I haven't noticed anything in daylight. It's a shame

This filter doesn't seem to differ much from much more expensive branded filters. It's not the thinnest, but that's not a problem for the "normal" focal lengths, and the coating has held up well so far. Packaging is standard for the class and sufficient. Long-term experience is still needed something, I'll add to the review then.

In this case, the UV filter mainly fulfills the function of mechanically protecting the lens. He does it well and I didn't expect more. I can't assess the glass values and optical data.

I mainly use the filter for protection, I can't subjectively determine an improvement in the quality of photos. However, the AF has small difficulties with the filter, which unfortunately means a clear point deduction for moving shots.

I bought the filter for my OMD-10 Mk II. Everything is actually super, but when the light comes in from the side, it is reflected on the lens. But that's no problem with a small correction when taking the photo. With quick snapshots, it's just a bit annoying.

Since I can't understand why OEM manufacturers charge around 50 euros for such a filter/lens protection, I decided on this one. The filter only serves to protect the lens and is very well suited for this purpose. The thread is clean and the filter itself has not a single scratch. Everything is delivered in a sturdy plastic case and the filter is protected with foam. In summary, a clean filter without defects for little money. Therefore a clear purchase recommendation from me!

The polarizing filter from K+F darkened from ISO160 to ISO400 in the test and produced a green tint, which is rather normal for polarizing filters and is reasonable for this price. However, the resulting blurring is too strong for me. It is not a slim filter, and so it can produce vignettes depending on the lens. Stray light is reduced as usual. Tests were carried out on new fixed focal lengths, zoom lenses and old glass and always delivered similar results. The packaging is so clumsy that the filter should perhaps simply be left on the lens when hiking. I basically ask myself whether the effect achieved can justify the blurriness and advise a higher-quality product (e.g. from Gobe).
