The combination of ND and polarizing filter I find ingenious; the brand and this idea moved me to buy. the polarizing filter works perfectly

Well - I would buy it again; especially for water photography, this filter serves two purposes, which already causes some fascination in me

use the neutral density filter for my nature photography and landscape photography. Especially when photographing rivers, lakes or waterfalls, this filter, thanks to its variable darkening from ND2 - ND64, offers an extension of the shutter speed, which creates motion blur, which looks very nice with watercourses. In addition to the ND filter, there is a second filter function, a CPL polarization filter. This is very practical when photographing water, lakes and streams, as reflections can be compensated for at the same time. The processing quality is very good, even with maximum darkening of ND64, the unwanted X effect does not occur. The inexpensive filter shows good imaging properties in all areas and is ideal for ambitious and creative amateur photographers

If you've ever tried to stack an ND filter and a circular polarizer, you know that it is a giant pain and usually results in a dramatic dip in image quality.

A useful workaround is to stack a normal and inverted polarizer on your lens to try to cross polarize the light coming in. It can work well, but can also be more of a pain to deal with than it is worth.

This dual filter is an amazing combo of the two most commonly used filters - the ND and the circular polarizer. Through some sort of witchcraft, they've found a way to combine both filters into one easy to use design. You can do the circular polarize and ND filter to get those beautiful images.

There is no distortion or X pattern. Color shift is minor and is on par with other high end ND filters.

I like the textured rings and heavy knob for adjustments.

I wish there was a way to have no ND filter as an option - so I could leave it on the lens all the time as a circular polarizer and then apply the ND as needed. It's not a huge deal, but would still be an awesome feature.

This is a super cool idea that was bound to happen sooner or later, and I’m glad K&F was the one to do it. I have come to really like their filters. I have their standard vari ND, super nice with little to no color shift, and their CP, again super well made and little to no color change. This is equally well made and comes in a similar leather filter wallet. Super high quality materials and coatings. Basically how this works is one ring controls the vari ND, and the other ring controls the CP. the CP range is greater than the ND range however, they work together to give you more ND range. It works well, and truly gives you a large range of change. The trade off is a bit of color shift here and there. I have found this to be common with almost every vari ND on the market with only a few exceptions, this rates among the better ones. I was truly impressed at how good the color rendition was on the standard vari ND. This is not a ding, it is a limitation of how they do variable ND. To find one that has no color shift is rare. If this is important to you I recommend their other model. This is a great two for one, and is very effective and well made. If you only want to throw one filter in your bag this is a great option. K&F are doing top quality work and I really like their products. This one is innovative and convenient, with a small trade off, that you may end up with from most other brands anyway. So don’t let that scare you, however it’s gonna bother you, get their other vari ND model, which is truly impressive and I would put against the best in the business. Overall I have become a big fan of this company and their quality and innovation. I recommend trying out this unique filter as well as their other filters. They are not cheap, but why would you put a cheap filter in front of you expensive lens. With glass you get what you pay for and K&F is worth the money.

I have only taken a few test shots outdoors, but so far I really like this cpl+nd filter. When I took photos of my backyard, the images were sharper and more colorful where I used the lens.

I am very happy with it. CPL+ND4-64 filter that is exactly as described.

The CPL+ND filter does exactly what it promises. It helps reduce glare on windows, protects the camera lens, and adds some enhancement through saturation. Compared to some of my other CPL filters, they have slightly more saturation enhancement than other filters. I have experienced very little vignetting.

All in all in good price for a ND filter & CPL filter.

First of all this is a NO brainer. Period!!
Polarizer which fixes skin tones, makes skies bluer and removes reflections with a neutral
Density filter that goes multiple stops. This filter is a dream for landscape & portrait photographers who shoot in HSS. That’s high speed sync at a high aperture if you are confused.
This is literally 8 filters in one.
So let’s get to the issues there are none the color cast is nonexistent. The filter is smooth and has a holder so it doesn’t get “stuck” like my other cpl & bd filter has on my lenses. Coo this lens the biggest one you can get so you can use filter adjusters for any lens you have.
This filter is amazing and should be almost double the price. Buy it immediately asap.

This is my first K&F product and first variable ND filter. I'm thrilled with the quality. The AR finish on the filter is flawless and the adjustment is super smooth. Having a range of ND available in a single filter is really convenient and appears even across the image.

This is the variable ND filter and polarizer.
The CPL filter eliminates light reflections on surfaces, cars, water, glass, and also enhances the colors of the sky, leaves, asphalt, etc.

I personally use it for video so I don't lose depth of field by closing the aperture (from f9 I can now go to f2.3 without burning the images due to too much light).

About the image quality. Well, excellent: There are no dominants, no chromatic aberration, no loss of sharpness or the horrible X of gradual ND filters.
I have a very expensive polarizing filter and hardly notice the difference with this one.

Price and performance are top !!!
