4G LTE Surveillance Camera with SIM Card, Outdoor Wireless Solar Battery Powered Security Camera, PIR Motion Detection, 2K Infrared Night Vision
SKU: KF50.0026AU
needed a solar powered CCTV camera for the front of the house. I wanted a simple solar powered CCTV system for an easy installation. This product caught my attention with its high-capacity lithium-ion battery and specifications. The instructions were easy to follow and the box consisted of a solar panel, CCTV camera and lights. The camera unit is of a good standard and feels and looks good. It gives a surprisingly crystal clear color image that exceeded my expectations. The multi-directional remote camera is fantastic and zooming in gives very respectable results. The built-in lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 10400 mAh and is very large for video surveillance. I found it easy to just pop in my own large micro SD card and plug in the solar panel's USB-C connector. The templates to stick to the wall helped me drill accurate holes. The solar panel is lightweight, easy to install, and charges the CCTV camera well. I found it nice and easy to follow the Bluetooth instructions to the camera and be up and running in moments. I found the detection too sensitive and switched it to low function via the settings wheel. Now only the movement near the camera alerts me. I like that when I check the camera it can still provide a color image when the LED lights turn on while viewing. I could also switch to infrared. Scrolling through the on-screen menu settings was easy and I'll see if I need to adjust anything else. The 2K HD picture, as you can see in the gallery photos, is sharp and the zoom and on-screen directional arrows worked well and felt good with very little lag. The two CCTV WiFi antennas picked up my WiFi signal very well and maintained a strong signal. I like how I can get notifications and press the microphone button to talk to the courier, friends or postman when I'm out. I can take screenshots and videos about the functions on the screen. I felt at home with this CCTV system so quickly and have already shared the app with my family members so they can access the camera too. This product is excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it for adding extra security to your home. You can purchase additional units and add more to your app.

not with this security camera - you can choose between the cloud or install your own micro sd card for video files that are saved as 5-minute clips in mp4, timestamped and dated so you can easily transfer to your mac/pc and browse footage in real time instead of streaming it (this can be cumbersome on a poor internet connection). I have 6 security cameras from this brand that use the same app, so I can easily swipe between all the cameras in different locations. More information about the camera can be provided upon request if needed.

An absolute gem with the latest and innovative technology. It's the best security camera I have that is completely wireless, self-sufficient and has a solar panel to charge the battery so I don't have to take it off to charge every 2 months. What a lovely design as the plastic used for this unit is a high quality material and it comes with all the hardware including a paper template for drilling holes to ensure a perfect installation. It also comes with an extra USB cable just in case you need to charge it with a USB charger, but my camera arrived 100% charged showing no battery drain when it's off and the battery does not discharge itself. What I love most is that it has a fully motorized head, so you can use your phone to pan your head in all directions to check what's going on outside. I am very impressed with this feature as all 4 security cameras I have are only fixed in one direction so you can only see in one direction. So I had 2 cameras in the front and one on the back and side of the house. This one camera will cover the front and/or back of my entire house. No waste of expensive electricity either, as it is completely self-sufficient in power thanks to the included solar panel, which doubles as a shield or canopy to protect it from harsh weather. The only thing missing from this pack is a Micro SD/TIFF card and you're good to go. Very easy and uncomplicated installation. Just make sure your router is set to 2.4 wireless protocol during installation. *PS I did not receive an SD card or a SIM card specified in the description. I am very impressed with the design and functionality of this high quality wireless and solar powered camera from K&F Concept. I would give 10 stars

I'm constantly taking trips out of town and have rabbits on the balcony that I can't do without without seeing them. I bought it for her and I am very happy to recommend it to everyone. The installation is quite easy I was also able to connect to the internet but I preferred the SIM card 3 months internet access. If I'm satisfied, I buy it online for a year.

Included are power supply, drilling template, screws, dowels, instructions and of course the camera.
Equipment:
Again, there is no need to subscribe to a cloud provider for this. The alarms are stored on the SD card and can be viewed later in the app.
The app is always required for configuration. It is necessary to register first. The ease of setup in the app is an advantage. Movements and sounds can be detected. You can also set up motion tracking, which works, but the camera only rotates horizontally. Depending on where the camera is mounted, two axes would actually be needed for proper motion tracking.
The camera also has a speaker that you can talk to through the app. This also works very well. However, you cannot restrict the field of view in advance, but always have a full field of view. Caution is advised when taking pictures outside, as public areas are not allowed to be recorded in Germany.
Night vision is good, and thanks to the built-in LEDs, the camera can also illuminate the surroundings itself.
Attention:
For cameras that are accessible via the Internet, you have to trust the manufacturer, as you can't make the security settings yourself. You also have to hope that the manufacturer will react quickly when security vulnerabilities are discovered and provide a firmware update. Furthermore, if you are aware of the risk that comes with storing and transferring data to a Chinese manufacturer, you won't go wrong with this camera. It is easy to use and all the necessary functions are present.

currently have three of the cameras. They give a good picture. The night vision is also better than you know it. So you will be surprised by the quality of the pictures for the price. It is then clear that something has to fall by the wayside at this price. The facility is positive. It is very quick and easy to scan with the app and code. That's it. The transmission with good WLAN is offset by one second, which is great. I can't judge how long they last yet. They make a visually solid and well-made impression. No defects or manufacturing problems to be seen. Respond well to the app with all controls ectr. Short and sweet. A good camera to monitor the property. With us she guards the garden including shed ectr. So far pleasantly surprised.

I chose the surveillance camera for outdoor use.
The total package comes with everything you need. Installation material is included. Everything is also included for wall mounting. Once everything is done, the app is installed.
Once the app is installed, you have to register. You also have to enter your e-mail address to receive the confirmation code.
The app is easy to understand. The camera records small video sequences when movements are made. It is also recorded more often, although you do not see any recognizable movement. Fortunately, this can be deleted again. The intercom works quite well so far.
The transmission during the day is crystal clear. But if the recording is not so good, the picture is shown only in black and white. At night, you can choose between color and black and white.

whereby three modes are offered here at once: an infrared mode, a color mode and an alarm mode .
► Brand manufacturers are making it increasingly difficult for other camera manufacturers to establish themselves successfully. To be able to compete here, the scope of services and also the price have to be right.
Can you already expect a good outdoor surveillance camera for currently about 165.99$, which offers instead of Full HD (1,080p) equal 2K, a light with infrared and alarm, two-way audio and a horizontal rotation range of 355 ° and 120 ° vertically ? Yes, you can, because I have not found any real weak point so far. So if you can do without 4K, you'll get a good device here at an attractive price, which tends to cost more with other manufacturers and also offers flawless workmanship along with good looks in terms of quality.
►► Short conclusion: appealing looks, impeccable workmanship, power connection required(!), sharp photos/ videos, Spotlight, two-way audio and with direct recording option (micro SD card), optional cloud storage, thanks to motor. Control 360 ° monitoring possible. This makes for a good overall convenience.
►►► Conclusion: Overall, the camera makes a good impression in terms of equipment and looks. Make sure you get the best possible reception, because there are many sources of interference in the 2.4 GHz network that can have an unfavorable effect. If this works, you get a smooth, sharp picture during the day, with a limited wide angle, but also motor. Control. The resolution in the dark is also good via spotlight, whereby quite a few details can be made out at some distance in addition to the color view.
Note: Alarms ("warning notifications") via motion detection/noises are possible, for my purposes o.k. and thus usable. Remote access works as well, which is a plus for security on the road. Nevertheless, you should generally fiddle a bit with any problems (too many/too few alarms) and also avoid moving backgrounds or disturbing noises as much as possible.

► Brand manufacturers are making it increasingly difficult for other camera manufacturers to establish themselves successfully. In order to be able to counter this, the scope of services and the price must be right.
Can you expect a good outdoor-capable camera for currently around €160, which instead of Full HD (1,080p) offers 2K, a light with infrared and alarm, two-way audio and a horizontal rotation range of 355° and 120° vertically ? Yes, you can, because I haven't found any real vulnerabilities so far. So if you can do without 4K, you can buy a good device at an attractive price, which tends to cost more from other manufacturers and also offers flawless workmanship and good optics.

► There are many good reasons for a camera surveillance system, which is why I have been using various cameras indoors and outdoors for years. The K&F surveillance camera is specially designed for outdoors. My previous cameras are used to monitor pets, but of course I also want to know what happens in my/our absence. For many parents in the home, this is certainly a key reason to buy a surveillance camera. I really don't want to think about burglars here...
► Installation: The instructions are very helpful and should be able to fix any problems. Within this, the connection of the camera succeeds quite quickly and you can then get started immediately. Here you can set a few things and call up recordings.
First you have to agree to the terms of use and data protection guidelines in the German-language app and then register (e-mail, password). After this procedure you also have access to the data in the camera (card) and other settings ("Settings"). You also have access to your camera on the go. You are guided within the well-structured and so far stable app, so that the cameras can then be called up separately. On a smartphone/tablet, the whole thing with images/videos looks pretty decent, although you can make appropriate changes to the settings. Fiddle around a bit to try some things, e.g. B. when creating scenes, routines / schedules, within which the camera should be "sharp", or when the light should be switched on.
► What the cameras can do - Requirements for good reception
Based on my previous experiences with other cameras of this or a similar type, I was not disappointed here either, although I prefer operation via LAN cable, at least indoors, for fundamental reasons.
The respective image from the surveillance camera is detailed and sharp during the day. If you zoom in (digitally), this is more or less at the expense of the sharpness, despite 2K, because there is no optical zoom. In night vision mode and tending to low light and in the dark, the image is still satisfactory and not faint and blurry. Then black and white without light, but ok
If, on the other hand, the spotlight is activated, you have color and more details even in the dark. This is a certain added value and may also serve as a deterrent, whereby the infrared mode detects movements and then activates the light, while the alarm mode lives up to its name... ;-) The area to be monitored regularly should be narrowed down as precisely as possible in
advance , so that the camera despite motor. Control does not need to be panned in the main viewing area. Not to forget the important remote access: this worked quite well in the test, as long as you are not stuck in a dead spot, you will (hopefully) be notified in good time if something happens.
► A battery was not installed here, which limits the flexibility in a certain way. A protected (!) power connection (possibly with an extension cable) must therefore be available. But this also has the advantage that the camera can be used more frequently without the battery (with or without solar) dying too quickly... ►
What else is important? You have to do without an optical zoom here. However, that is not to be expected in this price range and is also not standard. But there is also a solid two-way audio (intercom function). All in all, a nice performance package.
► Keyword data/theft: If the camera accidentally falls into the wrong hands, the data recorded on the micro SD card will fall into the wrong hands. An occasional data backup (PC or similar) can't do any harm anyway, although the question is what third parties want to do with the recordings... (unless thieves break in and cover up tracks...). The cloud service is therefore not absolutely necessary here.
►►► Conclusion: Overall, the camera makes a good impression in terms of equipment and also visually. Ensure the best possible reception, because there are many sources of interference lurking in the 2.4 GHz network, which can have an unfavorable effect. Nevertheless, if there are any problems (too many/too few alarms), you should generally tinker a little and avoid moving backgrounds or background noise as much as possible.
Despite the lack of long-term experience, there are also four stars from a price point of view because I like the scope of services.
