I am very satisfied with this K&F tripod. I use their lenses and they make really great products. This tripod uses metal joints and locking points.

Unlike most carbon fiber tripods in this price range, this tripod comes with a real video head and not the common ball head photography head. Everything comes in a very nice case. It's a soft padded bag that certainly beats other tripods in this price range. To summarize, I guess I'd say there's nothing here that will blow you away. Everything is solid and seems to have avoided the pitfalls of other tripods in this price range. Just a good tripod with a video head that should last you at least a few years depending on how hard you are with your tripods.
