Protection filter, which keeps its promises, has been used in the mountains with a zoom lens for two full weeks, and even when it makes rests in difficult lighting conditions, it does not form reflections or “halos”, does not cause distortions at 100 or 400mm, on or two grains of dust need to be removed (on a dirt road, undergrowth and the like).

If you need to buy clear protection for your target I would absolutely buy one of these myself. I tried other brands in the beginning thinking it could save you money but this is not the case, the €10/15 filters don't deliver half the performance of this brand.

This is a great protection filter for an expensive lens. I recently ordered a set of diffusion filters from K&F Concept for one of my lenses and was very happy with the quality of the glass and the workmanship. I didn't hesitate to order this UV filter when it became available. I ordered the 55mm version for a standard Nikkor lens that was part of a DSLR kit. Years ago I used UV filters on my film camera lenses, but I'm just beginning to learn how to use digital cameras. I imagine this might help with some outdoor shots, but I was primarily interested in just protecting my lens. This filter is thin, light weight and very easy to attach to my lens. The optical quality of the AGC glass made in Japan is very high. My images are sharp and I can't see any aberrations in the glass. I appreciate that this filter is shock resistant, water resistant, and especially scratch resistant, as it's surprisingly easy to damage a lens or get it wet or dirty (and they're not that easy to clean). It's nice to keep dust off my lens and not have to worry so much about something happening to it so all I can think about is shooting. Made from high quality materials. Precision built. It offered the least amount of resistance I've had when screwing on a new filter. It's very thin so it doesn't interfere with wide-angle lenses (as much as possible).

Using a full-frame DSLR, I made side-by-side pixel-level comparisons between shots with and without a filter. One photo was a wide angle shot of the included sky on a high UV day.

Results: Well, I didn't see any difference in color or richness in the high-UV shot, so I wouldn't buy it just for that. Most of the time, people just buy these as lens protectors (and believe me, they've saved my bacon a number of times on high-end lenses now!). As a lens protector, you want it to be as unobtrusive as possible, and I'm happy to report that I can't tell a significant difference in any test shot - color balance, sharpness, contrast - they're all so close I've never been could definitely say that every tiny difference was due to the filter.

This helped with UV protection during the day and also helped prevent scratches on my camera lens. It's very thin and you hardly notice it's on. I can also put my lens cover on it so it doesn't get damaged. Worth the investment

Although it weighs tremendously like a spring treated even better than the other cheaper filters from the same brand, it's very thin and knurled for easy unscrewing and unscrewing. very satisfied

While a clear filter might not be the most exciting piece of camera gear, it can prove valuable when it comes to protecting your expensive lens investment. This filter is optically clear and does not add a color cast. From my readings I hardly see any loss of light, nor have I encountered any internal reflections. The filter has some recessed grips on the outside that make installation and removal easier. Many of my older filters got stuck and were difficult to remove, but I don't expect that with this one. It's not overly thin, but I didn't detect any vignetting with it on the wide end of my 24-70 Lumix S Pro lens.

If you tend to shoot in harsh environments or places where there may be contact with your front lens element, this is something you should seriously consider. It's affordable protection that's well worth it.

A minimally bulky UV filter of very good quality and a stable storage box - I can only recommend it...
Also not to be despised: A stable, round box for storing filters (including other filters that are not currently in use).
