Nice effects, especially for wedding and couple shootings. With a long focal length I would almost use the 1/8. Price performance is right.

I have the K&F magnet system on all my lenses and, in addition to the Black Mist, I have several of the appropriate ND and CPL filters here. They're so handy, easily stackable and the connection is strong enough that I don't have to worry about one of them falling off. The black fog effect is very low here and is only really noticeable with a lot of backlighting. Many cheaper filters often have a color cast, but I didn't notice that at all with the K&F.

The only downside is that with my Sony lenses, at least the included magnetic caps are really hard to pull off when you have the lens hood on the lens (either forwards or backwards). A grippy element on the front of the cap would have helped. I could 3D print a holder and glue it in there to fix it. As the caps aren't really the main reason for using a magnetic filter system although I still give 5 stars they would have been a nice bonus if they worked well but they aren't really critical to the product.

First of all: I have already ordered a couple of other filters from K&F Concept. Otherwise always directly from the manufacturer. The delivery always takes about 14 days but is cheaper. This time I bought it here because there was an offer here on Amazon. In addition, the delivery only takes a few days. About the product: The filter is elegantly and securely packaged. The glow effect is particularly effective at night. This gives the images a vintage film look

The resolution of the other company's variable ND I purchased before was so low that it was unusable, but this one is fine.
However, since it is dark in the middle of ND2 to ND32, you can see a slight drop in resolution toward ND32. But I think it's expected. When it's variable, it doesn't rotate 360 ​​degrees endlessly, but only works between ND2 and ND32, so that's another good point.

I bought this filter to test it against the Tiffen brand Pro-Mist and it didn't disappoint. There is a video on YouTube comparing these two filters side by side and the K&F is definitely a competitor. The price is fair which I liked, it also came in a nice container. Don't pay too much for the tiffen in my opinion.

A solid variable ND filter. The filter is machined really well and the overall fit and finish is excellent. The orange anodized tab looks really good and adds a nice aesthetic in addition to aiding in adjustment. The dial is smooth enough to not unscrew from the lens but is firm enough to not drift once it is set in place. All of the shots I used the ND filter on confirmed the filter is good for between 1 and 5 stops and I never got any weird patterns with any of the settings. There is a slight color cast that leans toward blueish which is similar to every other ND filter I have ever used but it is easily fixed in post. Spring can be unpredictable and it can be a huge pain to swap filters between clouds a variable ND filter is convenient as well as cutting down on the number of pieces to bring shooting.

The pouch/holder is nicely made but bulky. A more compact hards case would be preferable but it is anice add-on at this price point. Sometimes I wish the filter had some kind of click or stop at the different stops but overall it's not a huge issue. It would be nice to preset the stop in this way, but not a deal breaker.

Overall the picture quality is good and the K&F ND filter is a solid buy at the price point. It has less color shift than other cheaper filters and work the investment.

I've always believed that photo filters and lenses are expensive, although I know good glass and coatings don't come cheap. But this filter... the results are magical. Gold and blue hour photos take on soft mystical qualities, fairy lights turn into will-o'-the-wisps rather than bokeh, blemishes are smoothed out somewhat, and it does a better job than my old soft-focus filter, which tended to brighten shadows too much. It's THE filter I reach for when trying to create a fantasy atmosphere and can even make a photo of a garden gnome seem plausible.

I love the way this has the magnetic ring mount, although I'm sad that most of my other filters are screw-in and therefore can't be easily swapped out with it. Maybe one day I can get more; my filter stack was mostly built in the early 2000s and could use a few upgrades. This one is worth every penny of its list price for the results.

I took some fantastic photos of my grandchildren with this K+F 1/4 (67mm) Diffusion Filter. Ok they are my grandkids and incredibly beautiful and photogenic but this filter really made the pictures pop. It softened her skin and actually revealed more detail. I use a Nikon 750 with a Nikon 85mm 1.8 lens. I usually use a B+W F-Pro filter, which is very bright. I took most of the pictures with the K+F Diffusion filter on top of the B+W filter. It is incredible to attach the K+F filter. You simply screw in the ring and insert the filter. The latter attaches magnetically, but it's a fairly solid connection. The filter comes with a lens cover that also attaches magnetically, but not as tightly. I've noticed that it tends to come loose when the camera is pushed a bit in my camera bag. That's my only reservation about this filter. I also took off the B+W filter and used the K+F as the only filter on the camera. It works well, but I prefer to use both: I like the effect and I'm incredibly lazy too. The good news is that even with two filters, there was no vignetting.

Great little filter specially designed for cinematic effect.
I'm a professional photographer. I had written a rather lengthy 5 star review but it was rejected for reasons unknown to me. I recommend this filter if you want to soften the visual impact of your photos and videos.

Very nice filter cheaper than other brands and does what it's supposed to do I'm very satisfied with the look I can only recommend it :)
