I bought the tripod solely because of the 90-degree center column to photograph products vertically from above and I'm only partially satisfied with it. Quality: The tripod itself makes a rock-solid impression and doesn't look particularly cheap on the whole, but it is also not a totally high-quality product - according to the price very reasonable! Only the tripod plate and the holder for it should have been made of metal or at least high-quality plastic - this part of the tripod does not match the rest of the quality at all. The workmanship does not show any obvious defects. However, what was negative was that the center column was damaged at the end and had a rusty spot. However, that was settled with a short email to the seller, whereupon I got a new center column as a replacement, which in retrospect turned out to be a real blessing for me. The bag that came with it is robust and makes a good impression. I also own two comparable Rollei C5i - the bag that is now included is much thinner and made of cheap material. Plus point for the K&F!Size and weight:The tripod can be folded up small and compact and can therefore be taken with you on trips with the help of the bag. The weight is also fine in my opinion. Of course you can still save some weight with a carbon tripod, but you don't save that much in terms of money. Depending on what you intend to do with the tripod, the maximum height is sufficient or not. Everyone has to decide for themselves what he needs and find out accordingly before buying.Use:There is nothing wrong with the basic usability of the tripod. It can be set up quickly and easily, the height can be adjusted and so far it meets all the requirements that you can have of a normal small travel tripod. For me personally, the crux of the matter is the function with which you can rotate the center column by 90 degrees can bend. For me personally, that was the only reason to buy another tripod, because I wanted to use it to photograph products vertically from above. However, this is only possible to a limited extent with the delivered version of the tripod. This really only works with small objects, which is because the center column is simply too short. If the objects are not small enough, the tripod legs automatically come into the picture. In addition, the sat head is simply too "weak". Even a Sony Alpha 6500 with a small lens can only be held in this position to a limited extent. You really have to turn the locking screw so that you get the feeling that something is about to break. At least with the second center column I received, I was able to solve the problem with the shortness of the column by simply connecting both columns together. The camera protrudes so far that you can also photograph very large objects. Then, of course, you just need an appropriate counterweight so that the tripod does not fall over. Positive: + fair price + rock-solid quality + center column "bendable" by 90 degrees + robust carrying case+ low weight+ compact for transportNegative:- tripod head too "weak"- tripod plate and holder made of cheap plastic- center column too short for product photographyConclusion:All in all, the tripod should be highly recommended for the absolute majority of buyers. It fulfills almost all expectations that one can have of a cheap travel tripod in this price category. So I would definitely give it 4.0 stars for value for money. Why not 5? Because at Rollei they go a step further in terms of quality for even less money and I would definitely choose the competition. In this case, I only give 3 stars because the function of the movable center column, which was the only reason for my purchase, is unfortunately not completely convincing.

It takes a little getting used to, if you take the tripod out of the bag (included), the legs have to be rotated 180 degrees so that the ball head is up. Personally, I don't think the monopod stand function is a must, but it's a nice extra. Everything feels stable and only time will tell if it lives up to the first impression.

A D750 is far too heavy for that and it is not acceptable to use in any slanted position as a normal standard tripod

I bought this tripod as a second tripod to take photos from above and unfortunately I have to say that I am not very satisfied. Since I have a very short leg for one-handed use, which I unfortunately cannot use

The tripod is stable and also relatively light. Unfortunately, it is crooked when the legs are evenly extended! The detachable leg is longer than the other two, making it even more difficult to wiggle around to get the camera straight. After the first 2 emails, K&F customer support hasn't responded for four weeks now.

The tripod is ideal with the accompanying bag, it can be easily taken along. The structure is self-explanatory, it is stable and easy to use
