I just received the part and it will be returned promptly. It's partly made of aluminum, but the important parts are made of cheap plastic. The head is shaky and scratches when panning. The whole tripod does not make a stable impression. Since I had a 30 euro Hama, which was much better. Otherwise I use a ToGoPod, which is great.
