Including a Manfrotto tripod so I needed a new tripod to sell some things to help me get back on my feet. I looked at geekoto and some other brands and they're all pretty much like this one except they either had plastic where I didn't want plastic or it wasn't clear where the plastic on the tripod is. Using the Manfrotto for years, I at least know where I like there to be metal and this K&F unit has a cast aluminum mount and ball and it's all very smooth.Likes:Ball head: is solid and smooth. I would have preferred a toggle over a screw for the quick release plate.Legs: well they're legs, the aluminum feels solid. The also have stabby things at the bottom if you remove the rubber feet. Some one mentioned the locks for the leg extension were unfinished and sharp. Mine are comfortable to use.Column: Not too much to say. It does it's job. All the locks have comfortable rubber grips. Someone mentioned the column will collapse if pushed down on. That's true of mine too but I have to make an effort. It's not something that's happened during normal use.Portability: was not a selling point for me but it's nice to have the optionMonopod: also not a selling point but another nice to have the option. I've never used one before but now that I have the option I might.Bag: not a selling point, but it's a nice one if the zippers stand up to use, aka not YKK zippers.Dislikes:Legs: the spring-loaded locks for the top leg extensions seem weak. On lock solidly clicks into place, the other two are kinda, meh. This might not bother you but it makes a difference to me when setting the tripod up in the dark. The audible clicks tell me where the legs are set. Conclusion: Ball head is solid. With the exception of the leg locks not clicking solidly/audibly, into place, the unit is well built, uses high quality parts and is enough for what I want it to do and looks like it's versatile enough that I might try some stuff that I wouldn't try otherwise.

I had a ranger that I lost and replaced with this one. Overall it's ok. It's slightly longer than the Ranger and heavier to pack. The levers used to adjust the ball took a little getting used to and struggle to engage with the weight of a large lens. Overall good value for money and does what you need.

I've had several tripods in my life, but none have been as quiet as the K&F Concepts 78-inch 360-degree ball head tripod. After reading the attached documentation (1 small piece of paper), I went to YouTube and watched some videos on the tripod. Ken Franks website was also very informative. So far I have found no "disadvantages" s.Tripod. I took photos in every position imaginable, even tried hanging the camera upside down and got some great close-ups of ants, bugs, spiders and yes even grass. Life in the south at this particular time depends on the weather. I can't wait to get out there and do some landscapes and see the results. If you are looking for a tripod for your camera that is great quality without breaking the bank I would highly recommend this tripod. I have the 78" version as I'm 6ft 3" tall. Ken has other styles and sizes. Look at her. You won't go wrong!

Robust and versatile material. It's a great option if you have the option. I need it for heavy analogue and video cameras. It's a great option.
Great quality, fairly light and inexpensive.
Use with a D7500 with a Tamron 100-400mm lens mount.

It's a great tripod for medium-weight cameras, but it's a bit heavy.
I've had it for a while now. Its materials are very good and also the resistance, for making panels it is very good and subtle in its movement.

Really well made tripod and is definitely compatible with Nikon dslr’s.It feels really durable and it is super easy to assemble! It also comes with instructions and a shoulder strap attachment for the carry case.I like how you attach the camera to a separate little platform which slides into place in the stand. It really easy to make it into the monopod and isn’t too heavy to hold depending on your camera size. For the price this is an amazing tripod, I’ve had more expensive ones that haven’t been as high quality and multi-use as this one!

The commitment to stability and weight is very good. It comes with a cover and for macro photos it works very well.
The price is the handicap but I bought it on sale and it softened the blow...ha heh
K&F Concept stands for quality and design. There is nothing more to add, whoever buys the product will see if they have another one from cheaper brands.

This tripod folds up so small and the maximum extension is super high. Taller than any other tripod I've used. I'm a real estate photographer and the ball head is very useful for leveling the camera for all directions. The tripod is sturdy and has three adjustable leg shafts and two adjustable center column rods. It also rotates comfortably and smoothly when everything is tightened and the tripod is not moved. Incredibly happy with the purchase.
I bought this tripod and a Manfrotto tripod and went with the much cheaper K&F tripod as the stability was comparable, the height was much higher (for outdoor shooting) and it was a lot cheaper. I can only recommend this tripod.
