I was surprised at how compact this tripod is - a very nice size for a travel tripod. It is suitable for light and mid-weight cameras (up to 11 pounds). Setting it up is trivial - with twist leg locks that work smoothly. There is a latch on each of the legs with two positions for leg angle - which is plenty for me. The feet are rubber - there is no provision to use spikes instead. The tripod has plenty of height to be useful - 61 inches. There is a hook on the bottom of the center column to put a weight - such as the tripod bag or a camera bag. This is recommended since the tripod is so light weight.

There are gradient markings around the perimeter for alignment, plus a compass and a bubble level. The mounting plate is metal, but the assembly it slides into is plastic, admittedly very sturdy plastic that I think will hold up well. The plate is held in place with a screw latch, and the camera mounting bolt has a d-ring to allow for hand tightening. The padded case that comes with the tripod is very nice, with an adjustable shoulder strap. The fit and finish of the tripod is exemplary. It is a quality piece of photographic gear that is now my default travel tripod.

This tripod is super compact and lightweight. When fully extended it can reach 61", which is very impressive for such a tiny tripod. You can tell by holding this tripod that it's made with top quality materials and construction. It's all metal except for the part of the head where the baseplate sits; this part is made with some sort of tough lightweight plastic. It's a little surprising that there's a plastic part when there's so much metal used in the rest of it, but it feels very tough (it's some kind of high-tech polymer material) so I don't think it's likely to cause any durability issues. The tripod comes with a nice soft carrying case that's branded with the K&F Concept logo and has a shoulder strap.

The tripod is very stable even when the legs are fully extended, and there's surprisingly little flex thanks to the strength of the carbon fiber. Of course, such a lightweight tripod has its limitations; don't go putting a Nikon 800mm lens on there in a windstorm, but when used with common sense this tripod is extremely capable.

I have lots of tripods for different shooting situations and this is by far my lightest tripod. For traveling light with photo gear, I'd say this is really hard to beat at this price point. This is an excellent tool to have for taking photos off the beaten path where weight is an issue.

I'm not a professional photographer by any stretch of the imagination but getting the best shots I can are important to me. I learn more every day.
I was drawn to order this tripod because it is compact and lightweight. Also, because the center piece is adjustable which is a feature that makes shooting at various heights much faster and easier.
I'm really impressed with the quality of this tripod. It's going to be my go to from now on. From taking photos low to taking them high this will help get the job done. Opening and closing it is smooth and it's put made very well.
I've not had time to mess with all of the features yet but do look forward to using this both for travel and at home.
I will admit that I couldn't find the manual but eventually discovered it in the zipped inside pocket of the carrying case. Speaking of the case, I wish it was a little larger. It is an extremely tight fit with the case I received and took time to get it closed. I'm concerned about the zipper breaking.
I'll be looking the manual over further but, even without it, this tripod is easy to use and worth the price.
