I am not a professional photographer but I dabble and every once in a while, I am able to capture a great picture! I don't know as much about glass as a professional, but I do know that a polarizing lens is a very good option to have on a sunny day. I live in Hawai'i so I have opportunities to take vivid photos of blue skies and oceans. With this polarizer, I notice my blues are more vivid and the oceans have a richer color.
I also take a lot of photos of forests and birds. It's a hit and miss with this type of photography because of the lower light that is typically found in a forest.
This is a really good filter kit- it comes with a lens cap and a cleaning cloth. I am very happy with the package and the clarity of the glass.
