There are 2 1/4 standard screw adapters and a cold shoe mount to attach this light to any type of rig. This model also features a small LED screen that indicates modes, battery percentage and color temperature. The LED: There are only 40 LEDs in this light, 20 warm and 20 cool. With a color temperature ranging from 2500 range orange warm to 9900 range blue. You can choose the exact color you need for many different scenarios. It is understandable that this light is not a light cannon. I measured the maximum brightness of about 600 lumens. So don't expect this small flashlight to illuminate a distant subject or a large screen. But it can be used for small fill light, accent light, close hair light, background accent lighting etc. The Effects: Another cool addition is the effects library. This number varies depending on the voltage drop, the ambient temperature and the number of charging times = maximum capacity exhausted. During my real-world testing, I had 1 hour and 30 minutes of maximum brightness in a cold environment. Final Thoughts: While this isn't the brightest battery powered portable light on the market. It offers many different features in a simple and easy-to-use package. With good runtimes and the small size you can take this gem with you on many different shoots and find countless useful and creative ways to use this item.
