Solid! kf concept comes through with another great productThe base has a metal tipped spike covered by a rubber foot. Twist to the left to use the rubber foot, Twist to the right to use the metal spike. They can not be seperated.Metal feels nice and sturdy. If you're ever caught in an alley with Ninjas, this would make a great weapon to defend yourself.The top of the stick comes with a standard thread to fit most camera and camcorders.No attachment for Cell phones, but if I'm pretty sure you can find an attachment.Lock mechanism is solid, but would not work well as leg prosthetic or a drunk kick stand.The bag holder feels good and durable. It has a canvas feel to it. Will not withstand bullets, but you can use it to store knives and swords without worrying about the bag puncturingThe bag is a comfortable fit. for the monopod, but not a super snug fit which allows you to get the pod in and out without struggling.
