Eliminates need to carry two filters!
Downsizing is something I've been doing during these past few months. Everything from getting rid of complicated camera setups to clearing clutter from my bedroom on a daily basis, this is just another step.
I used to carry both CPL and ND filters, however now I find that unnecessary with accessories like this that come out. To be honest, I don't find it very convenient to carry around two filters, screw and unscrew them.
i did purchase the 82mm, which is certainly larger than needed, but with step up rings that issue is eliminated.
Overall, I absolutely recommend this because it's both a great ND filter and a great CPL filter. You don't have to compromise just because it's a combo filter!
