Excellent Protective Filter
UV filters are mostly used just to protect the front of your lens. One of the biggest arguments against them, however, is that by using one you are putting a lower quality piece of glass in front of your expensive glass. This can lead to negative impacts in your picture quality such as loss in sharpness, extra glare, loss in contrast, etc. So with that being said, the best thing a UV filter can do is be as unnoticeable as possible and that is exactly what this K&F filter is. I use this filter on my Tampon 70-200 2.8 G2 and I can confidently say I have not experienced any negative impacts on my pictures. I have experienced no glare, no vignetting, and no effects on the image quality. This does perform better than the cheaper UV filters I've bought from amazon in the past. If you have a pro-grade lens and want to protect the front element, I would recommend investing in this UV filter rather than one of the cheaper ones. I think that if you went the cheaper route, you'd either find yourself coming back to get this one or getting frustrated with using a UV filter in general.
