Hello everyone, since there are no reviews yet I thought I'd write one. The adapter arrived 4 days ago and was even faster than stated. So that's a plus point. Now to the adapter: It's just an adapter that allows you to attach the lenses to the Samsung (NX Mount). No electronic data is passed on to the camera or the lens! Which is also correct, since nothing else is advertised either. Workmanship: The entire adapter is made of metal and makes a stable impression. The EF / EF-S lenses are very tight and don't wobble. The mount for the Samsung bayonet has a very small scope that can be safely ignored. Detaching the lenses works without the lens getting stuck anywhere. Application: Since no electronic data is exchanged, focusing is done manually. The focus help on the Samsung camera is activated with the OK button (Samsung NX300M), a small image section is enlarged and the "sharp edges" are displayed using the focus peak. The aperture is either always the open aperture or you set it beforehand on the Canon camera (choose aperture, press aperture preview button, remove lens) A somewhat cumbersome way. It's definitely more fun with completely manual lenses like those from Samyang or Walimex. But if you are comfortable with working with an aperture, you can have a lot of fun. Tested lenses: EF-S 18-55mm IS II <- OK EF-S 55-250mm IS II <- OK EF 50mm f/1.8 II <- OK EF-S 10-18mm STM <- Doesn't work because manual focus only works with an electrical voltage Conclusion: The adapter does what it promises. You can't expect much for 17 euros. I will definitely use it more often. If you can overlook the hurdles (aperture, focus), this adapter is definitely recommended.
