First of all, I assume that most people know what a polarizing filter is and take this knowledge for granted. I found out beforehand on the Internet (reviews, tests, YouTube videos from the well-known tech and photo channels) what polarizing filters are available in which categories. And what are they good for anyway? I will personally use them for a tech blog to filter reflections from product photos, but also for nature photography. the K&F Concept polarizing filter is a bargain.

So ordered and tried it out with the 46mm during a walk along the Rhine. The filter fits the lens very well.

Water reflections can be easily filtered out with a slight twist. The same applies to metal reflections. Of course only to a certain extent, because at 3:30 p.m. in the blazing sun, physics also has its limits. This can be seen in the examples. However, reflection is massively reduced, especially in the case of polished chrome and paintwork, when exposed to direct sunlight in the summer light. Just like polarized sunglasses, which follow the same principle. Personally, I find that the filter conjures up a wonderful, strong blue gradient, for which the polarizing filters are also often used.

Overall a bargain and I think it was worth it. In addition to filtering water and light reflections, depending on taste and degree, the slight ND effect and thus color design is a creative thing.
