absolutely recommend
I thought long and hard about getting an expensive or cheap filter. The photos all have the same settings, once with a filter and once without, with the 100% view you can see a minimal loss of sharpness but only there. The filter darkens the photo by at least one stop, I read even 1.3 stops. For the money it is definitely a recommendation.
