Well if your like me and you find yourself in the market for an action camera but dont want to spend all the money on one of the popular and in my opinion overpriced cameras on the market, I'm about to save you the time and effort I put in to doing the research on the best action camera with the most features at the best price! For me it came down to the Kentfaith waterproof action camera! Its a wonderful camera, shoots up to 4K 60FPS waterproof right out of the box, Image stabilization, and so much more amazingly features rich you'll be amazed. Plus the setup was easy including installing and formatting the micro sd card U3 Class 10 up to 64GB. Make sure to stay within the manufacturer recommended parameters when choosing your micro sd card, format in the camera and you'll be good to go very quickly as I was!I wanted to get an action camera as I am a part time vlogger and was planning to travel internationally and had the need for an action camera but didn't want to spend big bucks on one. So I did a lot of homework, and even purchased a couple of other brands that I ended up returning before I turned to Kentfaith for the solution to my need, and I wasn't disappointed! It's a great camera, I have been enjoying using it for my social media channels and it has worked great, we are really pleased with its performance and quality for the price! This little camera is a great value for the buck. I now own several that are being utilized as trail cameras and security on a small farm. I can depend on these cameras to perform well in all climates. Had several of them for a few years and they have out lasted my Mountie and several other “big” name cameras.

not with this security camera - you can choose between the cloud or install your own micro sd card for video files that are saved as 5-minute clips in mp4, timestamped and dated so you can easily transfer to your mac/pc and browse footage in real time instead of streaming it (this can be cumbersome on a poor internet connection). I have 6 security cameras from this brand that use the same app, so I can easily swipe between all the cameras in different locations. I have had this weather station for the past 18 months and find it very reliable. I really like the hook to the web stations so I can monitor the weather when I'm away from the area.

Didn't work on my windows , Tried what you said it still didn't work. Camera still won't view on computer, tried 3 different capture programs. They all saw my web cam but not this camera. I even unpluged the web cam and it still didn't work.
The pole is not tall enough to get larger coins in view, it would be great if it was about 3 more inch.

There are much higher resolution cameras on the market. If you're looking for the best picture quality you can get, then keep buying. *When* you want to use it to scout a trail, service shy wildlife, or service nasty invaders from invaders, this little piece is easy to position and hide. It fits in one hand, can be strapped into the brush and hidden well.

The built-in LCD screen is great for checking your files on the spot when you do that. Personally, I quickly switch SD cards and edit the photos/videos on my computer.

I installed lithium batteries in July and it's the end of October and the battery level is still almost full.

Had been looking for a good system for my RV. I work out of state and live in my RV most of the time. I wanted something to capture weather details and have access when back home. The winds get wicked strong at the RV and I wanted a way to capture that, rain, and temperature through a couple of sensors (one put in the passthrough of the RV to warn of freezing Temps. This works perfect. The app leaves a little to be desired (third picture) but using the web interface through WeatherUndergroung or Weathercloud solves that issue (WU web pics after the app pic). Large display is easy to see and very customizable. I may get another for my home also!

The market is currently being flooded with trail cameras... and they're all kind of the same. I now have five in use and I see the problem with this model that the stored date is apparently forgotten when the batteries are empty and has to be reset accordingly. So it depends on the battery life. Only 4 batteries have to be installed here - the running time is again sufficiently long due to the mono flash.
In my experience, the quality of the photos and videos is in the upper middle class - the quality of the night photos with a presentably good illumination is even exceptionally good.
