I had the opportunity to test a travel tripod from K&F Concept. What interested me the most was the weight, the quick-release fasteners on the legs, a comfortable working height for me, the handling of the ball head (I'm not a fan of it) and the price When the tripod arrived I was immediately surprised... it comes in an easy-to-carry bag and the ball head is protected with a small pouch. An imbus and (admittedly) somewhat sparse instructions are also included. But ... do you urgently need instructions for the tripod? The handling of the clamp locks is good and I quickly get the hang of it. So the tripod can be set up and taken down quickly. The removable plate is screwed under the camera as usual and is then NOT fastened with a quick release, but is screwed. But that works fine. The height is 1.33m and the center column allows it to be extended up to 1.56m. That's a comfortable working height for both me and Markus... and yeah, it's stable, even with the 5D on top. The ball head also held the weight of the 5D well ... can be adjusted so that I am even enthusiastic as a ball head anti. I did find a small flaw. There is a spirit level on the tripod, but it's covered when the camera is mounted...that's a bit of a shame when you have to move the tripod. But I can get over it. follow the level on the tripod to keep it straight because it's has a ball head on the tripod you have to keep it straight while using the different angles above all this a pretty good tripod .

I bought the carbon tripod because I finally wanted a ball head :-). The tripod is incredibly light and remains very stable. The screw caps can be easily opened and then securely fastened again. The camera sits perfectly on the ball joint and is then super adjustable. The fixing screws are easy to move and yet very easy to fix.

When the camera is attached to the ball head mount with the plate, the spirit level is on the side of the screen, where it suits me. BUT the wheel to fix the plate is then on the side of the lens. With my Sigma, however, the rotary knob is almost on the lens. There are only tenths to hundredths between the rotary knob and the lens.

Otherwise the tripod is a recommendation:

- size
- flexibility
- rapid deployment

Looking for a light and compact tripod for organizing a trip, I came across this one, barely 1kg300 for 38cm folded. It also carries the possibility of making a monopod very quickly, which will be interesting to capture an image in a place where the tripod would not have been possible.

For this small build, the tripod is very solid, since it easily supports the weight of my 6d mark ii with its grip and its two batteries + a sigma 70-200. (even with the articulated arm deployed).

The legs of the tripod have 5 sections, which allows it to go from around 35cm to 155cm and the central column can be reversed to allow the device to be placed at ground level!

It comes with a carrying bag, an extension for the monoball monopod, a ball head with an "arca swiss" type quick plate which allows the lens to be attached directly to the ball head without using the quick plate (see photo 4).

In conclusion, a purchase that I do not regret and which for its price is more than qualitative.

The tripod meets all the requirements I have. Since the ball head is included, it really can be moved anywhere and is very inexpensive for this quality. The tripod can also be easily opened thanks to the swivel system, which I already know from my hiking poles.
