With the lens I was able to photograph everything without any problems and the camera was quickly stowed away in my handbag. Images were all sharp. I switched from Nikon to Fuji and with different Nikon lenses buying an adapter was mandatory. Because they have no electrical contacts to let the optics and camera body communicate, the lenses can only be used manually. To use it on my Fuji XS10 I had to enable logless recording from the camera settings. Because the machine does not feel the insertion of the lens and has no electrical contacts. Without unlocking this setting, you cannot shoot.

The darker version of this is utterly indispensible for LOG video with high ISOs forced by the camera, combined with fast lenses you'd like to open up for depth control/"bokeh". And only the wildly expensive PolarPro has a similar option. And while I suppose the PolarPro might be somehow better - I'm simply not rich enough to find out! In the meantime the K&F has served very well. I use this primarily on a Fuji X-T3 with f1.2 and f1.4 prime lenses, shooting F-LOG at the required minimum 640 ISO. Secondarily on a Fuji X-H1 (800 ISO LOG!) and even a Nikon D750 for occasional stills.

Hey K&F! Do you read reviews? I wish you offered the dark version in smaller diameters (e.g. 62mm) as I'd get another to use with the majority of my prime lenses with no step-up ring.

bought it to use some of my Nikon lenses on my Fuji X-E3, specifically my Sigma ultra wide-angle zoom and my 105mm micro-Nikkor. The adapter's two-tone silver and black metal construction gives it a solid feel and also complements my camera's black and silver color scheme. Focusing is a little tricky, but becomes a lot easier when Focus Tip is enabled on the camera. Just make sure you change your camera settings to "shoot without a lens" and flip the physical switch on the camera to manual focus. I love my little Fuji and was reluctant to take out my D7000 to use some of my specialty Nikkor lenses. I wasn't keen on the prospect of selling my Nikkor lenses to replace them with Fujinon lenses. This adapter gives me the best of both worlds. A little more aperture control would be nice, but other than that I'm quite happy!

Use it to use older lenses on my FUJI.

I have several Leica M lenses and I was looking for an adapter ring, but the original Fuji has always seemed to me excessively expensive even if it has some functions in itself such as aperture recognition. But the price difference is truly incredible. Well built and durable ring and now I use a 90mm Leica M on the X-PRO1 without any problem. Obviously forget the automatisms, but with a little attention you will not have any problems.
