This tripod is light weight, comes with a carry bag, and it’s very functional. The mono pod is sturdy, adjusts to different heights easily, the swivel mounting bracket adjusts and locks easily. There’s a lot going on with this tripod so take your time playing with it when it arrives at your door.

A surprisingly good tripod for the price. It has many features you'd normally only find on more expensive tripods, like a weighted hook and an easy-to-turn base under the spherical head to make panning shots easier and more level. The tripod has a good weight, but it's not too heavy. It's perfect for an amateur photographer, especially as it comes with a high-quality case. Even the suitcase has a few different transport options. There's a two-piece strap that connects to keep the bag closed, and there's also a shoulder strap that can be easily removed. For added stability, there is a hook at the bottom of the main bar that extends when weight is attached to it. If you want to take pictures outside, you can just bring a bag, load it up with some rocks when you get to your spot and add 20 to 30 pounds to your tripod like that. Anyone who has ever used a lightweight tripod knows how frustrating it can be in windy conditions, and a little extra weight in the right place can go a long way.

I was surprised at how compact this tripod is - a very nice size for a travel tripod. It is suitable for light and mid-weight cameras (up to 11 pounds). Setting it up is trivial - with twist leg locks that work smoothly. There is a latch on each of the legs with two positions for leg angle - which is plenty for me. The feet are rubber - there is no provision to use spikes instead. The tripod has plenty of height to be useful - 61 inches. There is a hook on the bottom of the center column to put a weight - such as the tripod bag or a camera bag. This is recommended since the tripod is so light weight.There are gradient markings around the perimeter for alignment, plus a compass and a bubble level. The mounting plate is metal, but the assembly it slides into is plastic, admittedly very sturdy plastic that I think will hold up well. The plate is held in place with a screw latch, and the camera mounting bolt has a d-ring to allow for hand tightening. The padded case that comes with the tripod is very nice, with an adjustable shoulder strap. The fit and finish of the tripod is exemplary. It is a quality piece of photographic gear that is now my default travel tripod.

I have been in the market for a ball-head tripod for a long time now, but I never wanted to pay $150+ for an "Add-on" to my current video tripod or $300+ for the name brand models. When I saw this K&F Concept version for under $75 I was intrigued.When I received this I was expecting a big box. WRONG! This was so compact I was in shock. I opened the box to discover that it also had its own hi quality carry bag too!! Bonus! When I removed the tripod from the bag the first thing I noticed was the weight and solid feel that it had. The weight is not much, but it was NOT flimsy plastic... this is great aluminum construction.I live this tripod because it also allows me to "hang" my camera under the tripod for low to ground photos. There are endless options to where you can position your camera that you will be able to catch just about any shot imaginable.The ball-head is also super helpful and sturdy. The adjustments are super easy to operate and making fine tuning adjustments is quick and easy. I give this tripod two thumbs way up!!

So I finally pulled the trigger and bought an expensive tripod. This was available as a lightning deal, and am I glad I purchased it!

First the quality, immediately, out of the box, you know that this is a quality product, the carrying bag it comes in is very high quality! And once you take out the tripod, you can feel all the details and the weight of it. I personally think this was a better option than the carbon ones as I live in Scotland, and it gets very windy here, the bit of extra weight will definitely help keep my camera steady when there are big gusts of wind. It is lightweight enough that you can strap it onto your bag, I usually travel and hike with my Sony camera and this is definitely going to help me improve my landscape photography. I've just recently bought an ND filter as well, so can't wait to get some quality results!

I noticed that this is an extremely versatile tripod, being able to support my camera at versatile yoga like angles for macro photography and it doubles as a mono-pod! I am not very experience with a mono-pod, and would never buy one on its own, but I am starting to enjoy it, it is definitely the super light option.
