The wildlife camera is ideal for observing animals in your own garden. For example, we have a small cat hut there and other animals obviously spend the night in it from time to time. So we saw a good opportunity to use the camera to observe what was going on. The image quality is fine here. If something goes near or into our hut (so far only our own cats), they are clearly and easily recognizable. This is true both in daylight and in the dark. It is nice that you can view the recorded material directly on the device without having to connect everything to the PC first. This means I can quickly check in the morning whether there is anything on it or not. Setting up the camera is a bit fiddly, but once you have it, that's it. I give it a full 5 stars. Because for the price, I find the results delivered really satisfactory. The camera is nice and small and compact and is really easy to use.

With a camera like this I was able to immediately determine which dog poops in our front garden every other day early in the morning while the owner watches calmly... what a pity, K&F doesn't have any bear traps. And if you think your garden is deserted at night, just set up a wildlife camera and be surprised the next day at what's going on in the garden :-) There are a large number of setting options. · The menu is clearly structured and also available in reasonable German. · The image quality is excellent, even for night shots (black and white) · The adjustable sensitivity of the sensors is great! · The wake-up time on this camera is super fast (my other one takes a little longer and therefore sometimes misses the object) · The housing is of good quality and will certainly last a long time · One set of batteries lasts about half a year (depending on how often the camera responds, of course) Conclusion: Fully mature product of high quality. The solar powered Surveillance camera is very good due to the portability. Detection is quick and video quality is good. Other reviews have had problems with the camera on their WiFi network. As long as there is a good strength WiFi signal and your upload speed is above 2 mbs there should be minimal problems.

You can connect to the camera via 2.4GHz WLAN. It is solar powered via a separate solar panel with a 3M cable, so it can be located away from the camera's location. This way, you can locate the panel to get the maximum sunlight it needs. It has a 355-degree pan and tilt view, a spotlight, a PIR motion sensor, super HD night vision, and is compatible with 2-way rakes. Besides, it is waterproof up to IP66.
However, please note that you need to place it where it will receive maximum sunlight to keep it charged and give it enough power to work in winter.
The camera is operated via the "uBox" app and has cloud and micro SD card, secure storage and remote access. It supports up to 128GB SD card, although this is not included, which is a shame, but they are cheap enough these days, which is why I always wonder why they don't include one, maybe it's to get you to buy the cloud storage.
You can also charge it via USB, especially handy for the winter months when the sun may not be strong enough to fully charge the camera.
I wanted this camera to keep an eye on my garden area, as it's difficult to locate power cables on an exterior wall without drilling large holes. This solar system is hopefully the answer when our winters allow it to be sufficiently charged. I have a garden that faces east/west so it can track the sun all day, and I believe it will charge even on the cloudiest days. I will report back now that summer seems to be over and let you know if the batteries are sufficiently charged. But as mentioned, you have the option of charging USB either via a powerbank or other mobile source, but I may update it when winter comes.
The camera and panel were easy to mount with the included screws and connected effortlessly to my WLAN. I didn't have to turn off my 5 GHz setup for this to happen.
The camera is easy to operate, via the app on your phone or pad, even remotely.
A great, solidly built kit that I hope is as reliable as it looks.

I was pleasantly surprised by this surveillance camera. Since it is powered only by solar energy, it works remarkably well.

When I took the camera out of the box, I noticed that it had a good weight to it and felt of pretty good quality. Setup was straightforward - the instruction manual includes a QR code that you can scan to download the app. Just register an account and then the app will search for the camera. Then it's time to put the camera in the position you want.

The camera comes with the screws and plates needed to drill, but I'm lazy so I used Gorilla tape. If you haven't used this stuff before, it's time to get to know it It's a double-sided tape that sticks permanently both inside and out. I've used it to hang solar lights, camera doorbells, and now this camera with no problems and total security. Wait... I should check the camera....

Anyway, the picture quality is really great for a solar powered device. I'm sure you could get better image quality with other cameras, but then you would pay a lot more and it would probably need to be wired. It depends on what you are really looking for, but this camera is ideal for our needs. We have a summer house in our backyard, so we use it to keep an eye out for potential intruders.

There is a monthly subscription that you need if you want to automatically record footage. You will also need an SD card for storage. However, without the above, you can view the feed and manually press record when you see something going on. The camera sends a notification to your phone when it detects motion, which is a handy feature. However, it is very sensitive and often recorded the tree blowing in the wind. However, you can adjust the sensitivity of the motion detection feature if you want.
