Awesome; Must have for video
I had a smaller diameter of this product for a different lens, so when I got my new lens the first thing I bought was this ND filter. It is incredible. And this one had little dots along the edge, as well as text that read "Min" and "Max". This was super helpful. My only complaint about the smaller ones was that you couldn't tell how far was the maximum and minimum, and this model has solved that issue. I don't go anywhere without this filter. I will be buying a K&F Variable ND filter for every lens that I get from now on.

Better than Freewell? I think so!
Pros:1) Retains image sharpness2) Warmer color cast (which I prefer)3) Higher contrast than Freewell4) Larger range ND range than Freewell5) Build quality better than Freewell6) Better carrying case than FreewellCons:1) Each ND stop does not have a hard stop or even a numeric indicator so you're not sure if you are on ND 8 or ND 16. This can be a con for some but for my use it is not a big deal as I primarily shoot video and use a monitor to gauge my exposure and just rotate the ND until exposure is correct.2) Filter does not have a hard stop when it reaches 400 ND and you can keep rotating it till you get the X pattern.I'm comparing this filter to Freewell ND mist version since that seems to be the most popular ND filter being used especially in the wedding videographer circles. In terms of overall build quality I want to say the K&F filter definitely feels a lot better. Even the overall packaging makes you feel like you bought a premium product. I really like the rubberized coating they use. It feels very premium and it has a good weight to it. The anodized orange indicator is nice and allows you to adjust the ND stop easily. The case that comes with K&F's filter is much more useable and compact compared to the bulky plastic cases that freewell gives. (There was a time thatfreewell's filters wouldn't even fit their case if you installed the magnetic cap which was a huge oversight on their part although I do wish K&F had a magnetic cap as well since those are the best IMO)I am primarily a video shooter and I was hoping that the filters would have similar color casts but unfortunately they don't. It's not hard to fix this in post but still would have been nice if they did match as I have multiple cameras. I do however prefer K&F's color cast as I tend to like warmer images. I also like the halation on this filter more than I do the freewell. If you look at the image where I put the two side by side the K&F is more contrasty and the light spread is kept where it should be and not across the entire image like how the freewell does it. This looks a lot more natural to my eyes. In terms of sharpness I could not see a distinct difference between the two. Both look excellent.Biggest gripe that I see other people having is the fact that there is no indicators on the filter aside from the first ND2 and ND400. The rest of the stops are indicated by dots. I don't know why manufacturers create an excellent product and then do these kinds of small short cuts. Although for me in real world use this probably wouldn't affect me, it did make testing the two different filters a pain. This is the reason why I have only included one comparison shot because I could only test the ND2 on both filters as that is the only two ranges that are clearly marked on both filters. At the end of the day in spite of some of it's shortcomings the filter does do an excellent job of what it is supposed to do. Cut light without messing with overall image sharpness or colors and give it that nice "cinematic" glow and I honestly think it does it better than Freewell. Thumbs up from me and will be using it at my next paid gig.

Well built and gives a subtle shine.
K&F makes quality photographic equipment at a modest price. I have been happy with their products in the past and this filter is no different. It comes in a sturdy box and plastic lens holder and three lens cleaning tissues in hermetically sealed envelopes. It screwed easily onto my broken Sony 24-105G lens, it also attached to the UV filter. It feels well made and has a knurled edge for an easy grip. The effect is pleasant and slightly painterly. I don't feel comfortable uploading headshots of people, but it softens the highlights in portraits in a nice subtle way, especially with strong edge lighting. 1/8 is very subtle. I would like to add that a blooming light source looks good most of the time. However, if you have a subject in front of the bloom, it can obscure the subject. You can see that a bit in my photo with the house light behind the rock. The bloom looks cool but if that was a model it would block her. I often add a glow or the variant called the Orton effect in the post. This black diffusion filter is cleaner in that it only affects the highlights. I have the filter at one when it affects only the highlights. I have the filter at one when it affects only the highlights. I have the filter at one

[New model] K&F Concept square half ND filter set Soft GND8 + ND1000 attenuation filter is good, new model is good.
I am currently using K&F ND filters, but this time I wanted a rectangular type, so I did a lot of research and decided to go with K&F again! I was a little worried after checking the reviews of the previous old product, which was older than the new one, but the price of the other specialized manufacturer (kani) was too expensive, so I purchased the new Concept Square Half ND Filter Set Soft GND8 + ND1000 Diffuser from K&F. It is sturdily made and has a high-class feel. It's sturdy and looks good. The Half ND + ND1000 filters are exactly as shown in the picture. It has a sturdy frame and I never touch the filters directly, so there are no fingerprints on them. It is totally different from other companies and looks good.

A great filter for portraits
Well made filter. I have the 72mm 1/4 filter. Ideal for portraits... softens the edge and gives a slight glow in the highlights. That's subjective, but I wouldn't increase the filter power any further, and in fact you might want to consider the 1/8 power filter. Too strong a filter like this will result in your photos being taken at an 80's glamor shot booth at the mall...

Astonishing....
I occasionally carried a few individual filters with me. But it was often too time-consuming for me to mess around with it in nature. Screwing the filters on top of each other in order to get further adding gradations is fiddly. There are enough individual ND filters, but each time you had to change the filter again...

With this filter here you basically cheat the whole handling. I wasn't even aware that something like this existed. Therefore I have attached a small video so that you can see the function. Even if there is "only" ND2-32 here, you can see what these products can do.
A matter of seconds, especially for experimenting, sometimes using a different filter setting. With low filter strengths, the camera automatic is sufficient and you can see the current exposure time when adjusting the filter if ISO is fixed. In this way, soft water structures can be created in relatively bright light, or soft clouds in the sky, etc.pp. I didn't really notice scattered lights or reflections, but I work on that on the PC anyway.

The price for this product is high, but considering that this covers several filters, again not too bad. However, the general question is what kind of filter do you really need. I previously had an ND8 and an ND1000. Sometimes an ND 4000 would have been required (to safely create "deserted" objects/places).

Nevertheless, I find the concept here really innovative and practical.

Economical ND filter
As a photographer I really try to make sure I only use reliable equipment. K&F has done a great job of being a reliable budget camera gear company. I have some of their other gear and continue to be impressed by their commitment to superior build quality and attention to detail in their products. I found the filter screwed directly onto my lens with no problem and was able to remove it with ease as well. Unfortunately I couldn't shoot a long exposure as I don't live near a waterfall and when I got this filter the weather really didn't cooperate with me. However, I held the filter to the lens without screwing it onto the lens, so I could see the difference between the image with the filter and the other. This type of test allows you to clearly identify a correctly exposed image and a slightly hazy image by showing only the "hot spots" of light in the photo. I took a few photos with the filter installed and found that there is no edge vignetting and as the glass is high quality I didn't notice any ghosts either. Overall, this is a very good option for a budget ND lens filter. that there is no edge vignetting and since the glass is of high quality I did not notice any ghosts either. Overall, this is a very good option for a budget ND lens filter. that there is no edge vignetting and since the glass is of high quality I did not notice any ghosts either. Overall, this is a very good option for a budget ND lens filter.
