Awesome, I added this to my regular tripod and it worked perfect, makes it easy to clamp in or out of the tripod and point in any direction including up for astrophotographers :)

What impresses immediately in thist K&F Concept 60" Tripod is the quality and the attention to detail, beginning in the sturdy carry bag. The 39 cm tripod can open up to 154 cm. You can use the tripod in countless situations, being very versatile for shooting night shots, taking product shots, macro shots at the ground level, and even using for shooting videos. The tripod is sturdy, tight, but if is very windy it has a stand in the center to add some weight. The head have a plate with easy grip screw, is also very versatile and sturdy, making it easy to level the horizon of the camera without moving its paws, especially usefull in video shooting. Note the excellent rubber paws, non-slip and narrow to achieve stability even on dirt terrain.The set have a different short central axis that is easy to change in case you don't need to use the big one that comes assembled.When i need to put my video camera on tripod, as i use a different plate to use in a gimbal, i put a quick release plate as i show in the picture.Great value for money. An excellent tripod especially for travel but also for everyday use.

What a great bit of kit, the tripod is so versatile and can be set in many different shooting positions safely and securely, I would be interested to see how the K&F Gimbal performs on this tripod, come on K&F send me one out and I will give it a road test and write a full review for you. As a hobby photographer, my camera is of course always with me...especially when travelling! That's why I bought this tripod as a travel tripod. The tripod was packaged very well and arrived without any damage. When I opened the package, the tripod was again packed in a separate box (OVP). An important point if you want to give the tripod as a gift. The scope of delivery included the tripod with a tripod bag and an adapter for the smartphone. I will probably never use the latter, because I don't get out a tripod for taking pictures with my cell phone...I was and still am very positively surprised by the tripod...it makes a very high-quality impression. It can also be carried very well in the hand thanks to the handle for short distances. For longer distances, however, I clamp it to my photo backpack, because the weight distribution is better that way. The clamp fasteners allow the legs of the tripod to be extended in a matter of seconds. My old tripod had screw caps and that took a little longer and was annoying at times...especially when it had to be done quickly. The tripod still has a spirit level. So you can at least see when the tripod is straight. It would have been a great bonus if the tripod head also had a spirit level. However, it is unlikely to be found in this price segment and it is ok. The tripod head can be rotated 360 degrees. The long lever, which makes it possible to swivel the head smoothly without jerking, is practical. What is important especially for panorama and video recordings. If I am not wrong, the tripod head is a 2-way tilt head. Also particularly suitable for videos. The tripod also has rubber feet that are attached to ball joints (unfortunately I don't know the correct name for them

I needed a new tripod and was surprised to find how much most tripods cost. I really wanted a smaller tripod that I could fit in my luggage, yet support some of my medium weight lenses. The K&F Concept SA254T1 Tripod seemed to fit a lot of my needs and was very reasonably priced. I am currently shooting primarily with the Canon R5 and Canon 1DX mkii and 24 - 70 lenses. I need a tripod for night shooting and extended exposures. The K&F Concept SA254T1 Tripod folds fairly small (22"), so it fits well in my luggage, yet supports my cameras very well with the 24 - 70 and 16 - 35 lenses that I use a lot. But it also supports my 70 - 200 ef and rf lenses when used on the lens collars. A couple of added bonuses - one of the legs can be removed and used as a monopod. Also, I shoot concerts (pre-covid) and at times shoot from the sound board when a pit isn't available. I usually use a small ladder or a step stool so I can shoot over the crowd's heads. The K&F Concept SA254T1 Tripod has a maximum height of 94" which could be used when I am on a ladder. Another added bonus is the center column that can be used at a 90-degree angle to shoot off the center of the tripod. I don't foresee being able to use a large lens on the extended center column, but I think it would work well with a pancake lens, or a smaller lens like the nifty fifty. I won't be using the tripod for my 400mm f2.8, but I knew that going in and have a large, heavy tripod with a gimbal for those purposes. If you are shooting with a mirrorless camera and a small to medium weight lens, this tripod performs very well and is light and compact. AND costs a lot less than comparable tripods.
