This little camera is a great value for the buck. I now own several that are being utilized as trail cameras and security on a small farm. I can depend on these cameras to perform well in all climates. Had several of them for a few years and they have out lasted my Mountie and several other “big” name cameras.

not with this security camera - you can choose between the cloud or install your own micro sd card for video files that are saved as 5-minute clips in mp4, timestamped and dated so you can easily transfer to your mac/pc and browse footage in real time instead of streaming it (this can be cumbersome on a poor internet connection). I have 6 security cameras from this brand that use the same app, so I can easily swipe between all the cameras in different locations. Few areas are harder to assess than a photographer's equipment. A lot of very subjective opinions on technical devices meet here and in a scene that has to fight against very good image results with smartphones. The adapter ring is solidly made and fits perfectly on both sides of the products to be combined. On the camera side, the Nikon D5300 with 24M pixels is mounted on a 3/4 sensor. The occasional purchase of older lenses with a 42mm thread is then the experimental part of the hobby. For example, a purely analog Carl Zeiss Jena Sonnar 2.8 / 180mm finds its place and no longer has to stand in the closet. The mechanical connection via the adapter is very stable, the compensation of the focal length works with the camera's not full-format sensor and the image is good to very good for such an old lens. A useful adapter for anyone who wants to use old lenses on new cameras.

This is a solar powered security camera. The app to download is called Ubox. The app is easy to set up.
The solar panel must face the sun to keep the built-in rechargeable batteries fully charged. The installation process took 20 minutes as I had to drill holes in a concrete wall. I used my own reinforced screws as the screws provided by the seller are only suitable for stucco and wood. It's a bonus that the camera didn't need to install power cords or ethernet cables. The only cable that needed to be attached to the wall was the one from the solar panel to the camera. The camera pans and moves from the phone and a second camera is not required to see the front of the house. The pan and tilt functions are definitely a plus, as is the built-in intercom. Using the phone app, I can talk to anyone in real time, standing in front of the security camera. The camera automatically records every move to an included (another bonus) 64G microSD card (up to 128G but not included) or cloud storage that's only free for 7 days. Overall, this security camera is a good option to add some security to your home. The video quality is good and the camera is worth the money.

So far I’m very pleased with these cameras the setup to my phone and installation was a breeze both cameras took less then an hour .
