I've never used the old version, but this one amazed me: - Fast, precise and silent focusing. - Distortion almost non-existent to be a 14mm. - Sharpness in the middle and also at the edges. - No flare and chromatic aberration. - Lightweight, compact and beautiful to see. - 5 year guarantee fowa. Only negative note at the moment is the inability to use screw filters. Recommended for beginners and professionals looking for a landscape, architecture and street lens.
