The clip is mounted to phone using a screw type mechanism. There's a soft rubber material at the end of the screw to protect from damaging the phone. It was easier to align the phone clip from the camera lens side then gently tighten the screw. Clip stays on phone without issue. The included 67mm filter attach to clip magnetically; also stay on phone without issue.

The clip has a camera hotshoe compatible slot at the top. Good spot to add LED lights.

I am extremely impressed with its performance. The dual lens setup provides crystal clear images and videos, with impressive clarity both day and night. The night vision mode, in particular, offers clear visuals even in complete darkness.

Everything was actually already assembled, memory card was inserted, endoscope already assembled and accessories such as Allen key, small spare screw in a small plastic bag. Switched on, battery and was almost 100 percent charged----- ready for use immediately, endoscope actually very rigid and the function of the LEDs as advertised or advertised. The LEDs on the side can only be activated, as can the camera switchover to the left / right view, by pressing the small push button on the endoscope (USB port on the camera). Provide the screen with a protective film and everything can be stowed away and protected well and securely in an associated case. Image quality for close-ups acceptable to good, but editing options to improve quality .... you can still get a lot out of it using an image editing program (but that's not a point of criticism for me, just a comment) .... but completely sufficient for a quick snapshot, inspection / assessment or short video sequences. USB connection fixed on the camera with a small screw, also has a reason because the cable is a bit rigid, it protects the connection in the camera from accidental loosening or breakage. The small support foot that you can attach to the camera is well intentioned but somehow not fully developed, unless you don't move the endoscope cable anymore, otherwise the camera actually does what it wants....slips back and forth or possibly falls .down Camera settings such as date, time, language, etc. can be set quickly and intuitively. Manual available ..... But you should take the time to check all the functions and familiarize yourself with the camera. I think I've found the ultimate security camera. Bought this camera after a friend of mine recommended this brand. He is a photographer and has used some of their products in the past and seemed very happy with them. After a few hours of research, this camera seemed to be the only one that had all the features I was looking for, so I figured I should give it a try.
Just like the specs, you get everything they claim. The camera has a built-in high-capacity battery, so you will never run out of power. This is also guaranteed by the solar panel that you bring together. Both are waterproof and suitable for outdoor use, which is amazing.

When it comes to storage you have a micro SD slot that supports up to 128GB or if you prefer you can store your footage via the cloud service. Obviously you would have to pay a monthly fee.

However, what I like the most is the pan/tilt/zoom feature, which allows you to control a very large area remotely from the mobile app. The footage is in 1080p, so it's very clear even with night vision. Another great feature is the PIR sensor, which is optimized to reliably detect humans and large pets, and you can change its sensitivity in the app too. Night vision is both black and white and color thanks to the floodlights installed on the front of the camera.

Connectivity is via your WiFi. So if you are planning to buy more than one camera, you need to make sure during installation that they are within your WiFi range and have a strong signal, otherwise they will not work properly. Or you can buy a WiFi extender.

The app that controls the device is very user friendly and easy to install for the less tech savvy. And you can basically control everything from within. You can share the device with other people, check the battery status and change the energy saving settings. Change Motion Detection Sensitivity You can take screenshots or record videos whenever you want. You can even set time periods for the camera to detect motion and record videos. Basically everything you can think of is in this app.

The only downside I could find is that it's a bit pricey. I've used a few RING cameras in the past and they've been really good and a bit cheaper. But none of them had all these functions. So if you're looking for a security camera that has it all and is willing to pay the price for it, this is probably your best bet.

More complete weather display information and WiFi connection integrated in product. Previous Acurite product required a separate device cabled into the wifi router to allow phone app access to weather station information. Multiple mounting options and excellent feature. Easy to understand installation instructions and connection to home wifi network. They also offer a free additional year extended warranty.

I originally had a WiFi camera but moved to the property behind me and the camera had trouble picking up my WiFi. So I brought this 4G solar security camera, it works like a cell phone with a SIM card. I connected them to my family plan with my network provider in Germany and I can give away data so they don't cost as much and are always connected. It was so easy to set up and I found the app easy to use. And to be fair the picture quality is good, perfect night vision and because it's charged with a solar panel I can just forget about it.
