I am a professional architecture and interior photographer and also do videography. Was looking for a tripod that is light yet stable and sturdy (since my equipment can be heavy i.e. tilt shift/telezoom lenses, and expensive). This K&F tripod ticked all the boxes and the price point is perfect.
This tripod has an excellent and smooth quick release system which is important for me especially when moving from location to location during the critical lighting window for outdoor shots.
The tripod's height is impressive and it can be extended with an option to attach additional weight at the centre of gravity point to make it even more secure.
I personally prefer twist locks for the tripod legs, although this is definitely a matter of personal preference. The legs can also be extended outwards using the quick release clip to have an even lower height. This may be particularly helpful when trying to get a lower vantage point for artistic reasons, such as when focussing on the foreground.
Would definitely reccomend as a studio or outdoor tripod or even for events and travel! Carbon fiber tripods are ideal for travelling.

I was looking for a stable but easy-to-use tripod. The tripod makes a high-quality and stable impression, which I also confirmed in action during the first few uses. The quick-release fasteners are very useful, so you can quickly adjust the height of the tripod flexibly.It is not just a tripod, you can also convert it into a monopod.Since the tripod can be loaded up to 10kg, it is not a problem to screw larger lenses onto the camera.I really like the bag that comes with it good, because I can transport the lens in a protected manner. Thanks to the built-in spirit level, you can also set up the tripod safely and straight on uneven surfaces. This is a step up from the many cheaper quick release plates on Amazon. It is beautifully constructed with moulded safety catches to prevent the plate from sliding off an arca swiss style quick release clamp.

I have it permanently fixed to a heavy 300mm zoom lens and bought it for use with a K&F ball head but have found that it fits all of my other arca swiss clamps too. The only one it doesn’t accommodate is a Sirui clamp which has no recessed grooves for safety catches. I would avoid buying the Sirui clamp altogether and kit yourself out with this style of plate and clamp combination because it is much more versatile, is cheaper, and in this case, just as well constructed.

I've included two photos showing the quick release plate and a K&F ball head. Just look at the build quality.

Overall I'm happy with the tripod, at the moment I want to use it for shooting slides. is so big that I can no longer open the battery and memory card compartment on the camera (MFT) and I have to detach the "quick release plate" from the camera every time I change. I have Tried using a small square quick-release plate (like those used on SLR cameras in the past), but the plate mount on the new tripod is a millimeter too small. remains cumbersome (memory card in , screwed quick-change blade,

I have now tested the tripod for two weeks and think it's really great. The tripod is very robust and light for its size, it is well made and the quick-release fastener allows the camera to be removed quickly. Camera: Sony alpha 6000 Clear purchase recommendation.
