The sound quality is comparable to higher-end brands, and honestly, unless you’re a sound engineer, you probably won’t notice much of a difference. This is a pretty cool little doohickey. I’m sure it has lots of practical applications for mechanics and repair people. As for me, I can use it to look behind and under appliances, furniture, inside vents, etc. Not the most straightforward instructions, but here’s all you have to do: 1) Put the inskam app on your phone. 2) Set your WiFi to use the “inskam” network. 3) Plug the endoscope into the wireless transmitter. 4) Hold down the power button on the wireless transmitter for 3 seconds, until it lights up. 5) Use the switch on the endoscope cable to adjust the brightness of the camera light. 6) Open the app on your phone and start viewing! You can even take pics or video. There’s definitely a learning curve in terms of how close you should get to the items you’re viewing, and in how to manipulate the cable, but with some practice, you’ll catch on. Pretty cool!

Transmitter unit uv index quit working. Tech Support was very helpful. and timely. i would email a question and by the next morning i had a response. they continued to work with me until it was determined that the uv part of the transmitter was not working. they mailed out a replacement and i received it within a week. the new transmitter fixed the problem. it was nice to find a company that polite and responsive.

Love the crispy and clear video,love how easy it was to install and being wireless was a must.I am able to see the cameras over my phone data and am only seeing them if am on WiFi.Over all I think is a great product so far!!

I absolutely love the PTZ function. It took a little practice before I got the hang of how to maneuver the PTZ function but once I got the hang of it, I loved it. It gave me the added functionality of tilting and panning the camera right on my phone app, giving me a panoramic view. The images are very clear.
Before you drill, I suggest you move the camera around to get the optimal height for installation, view the detection areas on your phone, so you need 2 people to do this, before you start drilling holes. This installation requires 4 holes to be drilled as the camera weighs almost 3 lbs but installation and adding the camera to the app is very straight forward. So glad that is came with a solar panel otherwise it would be hassle to remove the camera for charging.
