The UV filter is very well made, a slim metal rim with with a scratch free pane of glass.

There's a slight bluish tint when held at angle from the optical coating but is invisible in the optical train when in use and doesn't introduce any optical defects like extra reflections or chromatic aberration or astigmatism.

These filters always raise eyebrows to the point of parody, look at any video online about UV filters and read the comments.

Personally i am in the middle of the debate. I wouldn't use one permanently attached to my camera lens as your camera doesn't need a filter to filter UV but i would use one in a volatile environment like a beach where wind can blow sand to protect a lens from being scratched and for that, its perfect.

The filter fits the action camera perfectly, and the optical quality is excellent too! CPL filters are a must have for filming. I highly recommend this kit.

In my opinion this is a very nice black fog camera filter for my DSLR. It is made of high-quality optical glass with multiple layers of ultra-thin nanometer coatings and ultra-lightweight materials. The frame is very light and thin compared to some other filters I have. This filter is a 1/4 diffusion/fog filter and the changes from a regular, unfiltered lens are minimal. The same filter is available in smaller and larger strengths. But I figured 1/4 would be a good place to start experimenting and for general use. The price of this filter is very good considering you are getting a high quality multi-coated glass filter. From my various experimental shots, I believe this filter has a lot of potential for portraits and still lifes. I'd like to try it on more macro shots as well. I would definitely recommend this camera filter to anyone who is still shooting with a DSLR rather than their phone. ;-)

An exceptional value for money. Precise and metallic mount on both the optical and camera sides, there are no games. You can also use lenses without an aperture ring, such as B. the Pentax DA series, as it has a ring that allows you to manually adjust the aperture. I use it with a pot consisting of a spiral duplicator combined with a light fifty for the macros, so you can get the 1:1 ratio with satisfactory results. I recommend buying it for those who know that without the contacts, the operation is entirely manual. For those looking for an autofocus adapter, I believe the only one is the LA-KE1 MonsterAdapter, which already has working prototypes and will be marketed soon at what is sure to be a reasonable price.

I bought this microscope for my son but now I use it more. Very good optical zoom and 4x digital zoom makes it perfect. Since it is a digital device, one can capture the image and store it on the memory card for future reference. Battery life is good.

The optical line of the lens is fine. It's also conveniently small and light. Manual focusing is no problem with the short focal length and high depth of field. Unfortunately, the aperture is set with a ring on the lens (quite classic). As a result, there is no data exchange with the camera and no automatic shutter control can be used. The aperture is also not shown on the camera display and the function of the modes "P" and aperture priority are identical. If you really value it, you should look for another lens. But overall good value for money.
