I own several EF and EF-S lenses, but unfortunately this device only works with USM lenses as there is no power connection to the lens. Manual focus is not supported for STM lenses.

Works with all Nikon manual lenses.

This ring allows the prestigious Zeiss manual focus lenses with Contax/Yashica mount to be fitted to a Sony Alpha (E-mont) camera body. The connection on my Sony A7III and A7R4 is perfect with no play. The same applies to attachment with C/Y bayonet lenses. The ring is made entirely of metal, heavy but superbly finished. No reflection in the ring. I am really very satisfied and for this reason I rate the article with 5 stars.

It allows me to mount m42 mount lenses on my Nikon 1 camera...there is no auto focus with it but it is very easy to get sharp photos...there is no glass in it so the optical quality of the lens used is not affected...this unit easily connects to my nikon one and my m42 lenses...the helios44_3 and the volna9...easy to screw on and off the adapter...the package is a week early arrived than expected and the price was amazing...this was one of the best values I've bought in a long time

This appears to be a really high quality product and looks great too! The fit on the camera body is spot on, not too tight (unlike the previous model) and with no slack/movement. I bought it to use mainly with 3 manual Samyang lenses that I have in Pentax fit and all 3 lenses fit perfectly, again with no movement. One thing to note is that using this or any other adapter will always shift the focus a bit, so in this case the infinity focus will be far from the lens mark. This is to be expected though and some testing can be done to find the new infinity point and the lens marked accordingly. All 3 lenses also have an aperture ring so they don't have to stay wide open. In summary, a handy product to have if you have older manual lenses that you want to keep and use.

This adapter fits well on the camera body (X-T3) and my Nikon AF-S lenses. The aperture ring on the adapter allows you to change the aperture of the lens, it seems to allow the full range of aperture although you're not sure which stop you're using. Metering works flawlessly in manual mode and the viewfinder compensates well when you change the aperture. In order for my Fuji X-T3 to be able to be photographed with this adapter, I had to change the setting SET UP->BUTTON/DIAL MANAGEMENT->SHOOT WITHOUT LENS->ON. Of course, since there's no electrical connection to the lens there's no autofocus (or image stabilization) so you'll probably want to enable focus peaking as well, making it easier to see what's in focus. Overall it seems to be a nicely made adapter and worth the price for me to be able to use my Nikon lenses with some limitations.

I ordered this adapter to continue using some old Nikon lenses with a manual aperture on my Panasonic camera. It fits very precisely, nothing wobbles or jams. I also have a very good Novoflex adapter but this one is easier to fit.

Everything in sight, except lenses and membrane blades is plastic, including the mount. There's no five-axis stabilization in the Sony FE Series II, as the lens doesn't report focus distance. As such, you'll need to be prepared for three-axis stabilization when entering focus into the camera's SteadyShot options. As is usual with this type of lens, we won't find a diaphragm ring or manual mechanical focus, which is what else we wish for. That is, its weight of less than 90 grams and its length of just over 3 cm put it in the record category. Entire bag. Minimalist design that doesn't offend anyone. It doesn't sound on my A7R II when focusing and does it right and fast. Support AF with manual focus by increasing focus range x5 when we enable DMF function in camera focus modes. There is no slag, it fits well, everything is going smoothly. In terms of image quality, it rubs or goes into the “A”. Sharpness and detail at virtually every aperture, great color and contrast, I've turned on Distortion, Vignetting and AC options on the camera and the truth is I can't tell you. Great buy for this price. A vintage manual can be four or five times cheaper if you don't need AF, but forget about the same color and performance. Those aspheric lenses aren't there for nothing, nor does the optical design have anything to do with the ones from a few years ago, that the rear lens is larger than the front for some reason... It's one thing when you're fed up with it, to see high-resolution samples, and another to get them directly. It's hard to go wrong with that goal.
