The weather finally took a break and I was able to play a round of golf to try out the new range finder. I have an older Callaway model that has been working for a while so I decided it was time for a new rangefinder. And wow, this works great. bought this range finder because I am playing on a course that has shifted some greens this year and my Garmin S62 watch is showing misleading distances to those greens. The range finder arrived a few weeks ago and I've found it to be very accurate and easy to use. Before my watch I had used a range finder but this one is much better, with the flag lock vibration and elevation adjustment. I've also found that I can use the rangefinder to determine where on the green the flag is, which I often find to be a problem when relying solely on the watch, and have found that I can use the rangefinder to provide more information than I get from my watch, although the watch is easier to use since it's right on my arm. As for the great service, I found that my device did not come with the wrist strap. When I wrote to the company I was told they would send me a new one and a week later it appeared. I am very impressed and would highly recommend the THGolf range finder. It is great. I haven't used it often enough to comment on battery life.
