And the filter is designed for landscape photography, especially in places where water or windows can cause unwanted reflections. It is also equipped with a lens cap and is perfectly compatible with the Tokina lens on which I used it. From a material point of view, we have high quality Japanese AGC glass with 18 layers of nano-coating, which the manufacturer promises to be resistant to water, scratches, mold and oil. Once assembled, it slightly increases the contrast, so it is not recommended to use it in dark environments. Everything is so small that it can be easily carried in the camera bag to use it when needed. I must therefore say that I was very satisfied with this filter, which I recommend to anyone looking for a quality product.

As a rule, I do not write reviews that simply repeat the product page verbiage. That’s for you to read before you decide to buy. I am also getting away from what, where, when, who, and how of gizmos. I assume that if you are buying a gizmo, you know what it does and then decide if you can use it – for whatever.

For me, ND and CPL filters are mandatory for landscape photography in so far as they can accomplish what post-processing cannot. This pairing offers the best of both worlds in a single filter without introducing aberrations or vignetting except with wide-angle lenses. With my Nikkor AF-S FX lenses, I will get very slight vignetting with this combo or other stacked filters at f/4, 16mm; it disappears at 21mm. The vignetting is so slight that, if desired, post-processing readily eliminates it so there is no need to stop down.

I have used filters with film photography for decades without experiencing any of the alleged deleterious aberrations/effects. For me, digital photography is no exception. In fact, most photographers and authors agree that there is no data to suggest that filters introduce aberrations except for, possibly, ghosting. I have a few K&F filters and have never been disappointed. In other words, relax and have fun creating with this combo.

To some conflicting reviews.

Cannot use lens shade/cap – or – the lens cap fits fine. (Depends on . . ..)

Color shift – or no color shift. (Looks like one instance of underexposure to me.)

No stops between ND options – or – nice that there are no stops between ND options. (Food vs. poison)

So, a filter combo to afford one the ability to adjust/correct exposure in a variety of situations - for me, landscape photography. If you are a regular user of ND and CPL filters, then this combo might make your efforts a bit easier.

It is mounted on the lens using so-called adapter rings, which are included in the most common sizes for lenses.
After attaching the adapter ring to the lens, the filter holder is attached. This is secured by a small lever (spring-loaded) and later released again with this.
Now you can slide the filter plates into the filter holder. This lifts a bit severely but it should also hold and must not wobble.
It is also important to observe that the filter used is close to the lens so that no more light can penetrate between the filter and the lens, which could possibly ruin the recordings.
In terms of quality, the system makes a good impression considering the price. The only thing I noticed negatively is that the filter holder has some play after it is placed on the adapter ring and why there is no adapter ring for a 55mm filter diameter in the set, I also ask. 55mm is a common diameter for lenses.

I can highly recommend the K&F system for amateur photographers. The professionals will probably use filter holder systems from other manufacturers, but they also cost a lot more.

I have been doing landscape photography as a hobby for many years. I used circular filters throughout that time. I had some gift cards and decided to try the square and rectangular filter system. This one was the affordable option. I am happy with the quality of this product. It seems to perform well so far in some of my trials. I will say that the only problem so far has been the carrying case magnetic latch. DO NOT TRUST IT. It will come open if you turn the case upside down. I would rather have had some kind of clip latch or something that is less likely to fail.

The reverse graduated ND filters from the popular brands of photographic filters tend to be quite expensive, and this one in particular is less expensive and produces results equal to and even better than those of the most reputable filter brands. It is made of glass, which is an advantage over resin filters because it does not scratch as easily. I really liked the filter cover, which is made of leather with interior protection. In short, I liked this filter very much and I am sure that I will use it very often in my landscape photography.

I have now used the filters a few times for landscape photography and am very satisfied with them. They are easy to screw on and off, nothing gets stuck. I am also very satisfied with the picture quality. For me as an amateur hobby photographer I think it's great with a very good price-performance ratio.
There may be even better and higher quality and I don't know what kind of ND filters, but I'm completely satisfied and would buy them again at any time! Especially since they are light compared to other systems and do not take up a lot of space when travelling, which is an important criterion for me.
