I like this backpack, great from the space for a current camera with 1-2 lenses, my 16" MacBook Pro and diverses accessories. Just a little bit to small for my big block (Nikon D4 / Nikon D6). My all day photo backpack, discret and confortable for the city trips, thanks K&F Concept !

This is my first endoscope tool of any type and I am glad to have it. The uses and possibilities are enormous. I got it to use in my remodel/repair work in old houses. Love having the ability to see in some of these walls, BEFORE I cut a big hole in them. I am mostly pleased with this model’s performance, however there are areas for improvement. This whole review is based on many of these factors as well as the price point, the type of device and logical expectations from a camera this small. (Don’t get caught up in star ratings - read the reviews)

First of all, the length and the stiffness of the cable is just right. I can make a bend in the cable and it’ll stay or I can just push through on soft bends within a wall. They smartly designed the short lead cable from the phone to the inline control module to be a little softer and more pliable. I think it helps protect that delicate connection.

The camera housing is metal. The end ring extends just a bit to protect and shade the lens. The lens ring removes for the application of three (included, metal), screw-on accessories: A magnet; A hook and a 90º mirrored viewer to see to the sides (cool!).

THE APP:

The software is simple to download and operate, it worked right away for me (using an old iPhone 6s). Just as they say, it was plug and play - no issues. The app allows you to shoot still pictures (2mg) and video (1920x1440). Not tremendous resolution, but for the money, I’m okay with it. Within the app, along the top of the screen, there’s a button for minimizing the active screen so you can see the rest of your desktop, while still viewing through the camera. Then a button that rotates the image to fill the full vertical of your screen. Otherwise, the image appears as a horizontal on your vertical phone screen. Turning your phone to go full screen horizontal does nothing. You have to rotate the camera itself in order to make the actual scene adapt to horizontal or vertical. It can be a real trick, but often times it doesn’t matter (for me anyway). There is also a button to change from color to black and white. The last button in the row does a nifty thing in that it presents your last-taken image beside the live view image for making comparisons. It does this by flipping the screen to the horizontal (or long way of the phone), so in this case, you have to flip your phone to the side to see it properly.

At the bottom center of the app you have the large “shutter release” button to take the photo or video. Next to that is a digital zoom button to 2x and on the other side is a button to the Album of shot photos and video. That’s it. The app is very simple. Anyone should be up and running almost instantly once they have the app and the camera plugged in. Plugging the camera into my phone without the app running, opens a dialog box asking to connect with the camera (by opening the app).

You’ll have to allow permission for the app to download any images and video to your phone. Once allowed, it’s a click of a button, while viewing that image, to save that image to your phone. Apparently, there is no way to save a batch of images at this point - perhaps in later versions of the app. You can build a PDF using images from your whole library, not just from the camera’s album. You’ll need to save all your intended endoscope images first before filling out the PDF document. It’d be better if you could select the endoscope album without having to save each image first, but maybe in a later version. Also, there is no repetitive cancel button in the PDF builder. Only one on the first page. Once you get to page 4 or 5 of building your PDF and you want to cancel, you have to go back to page one, to cancel the whole PDF operation. Some more things they can work out along the way, I suppose.

THE CAMERA:

The camera does a pretty nice job in adjusting to the light level of its surroundings. The provided light within the housing is also very effective. It will illuminate, acceptably, a few feet ahead of itself. It’s also dimmable down to an off position using the inline controller. There is also a shutter button on the controller to take a photo or to start and stop a video. The near focus of the camera starts just beyond the attachments. This puts close focus at about 1-1/4 inches. That’s a fair amount of foreground screen space (without attachments in place), that is out of focus, unfortunately. It’s just something to be aware of, I guess. There is no ability to manipulate focus in this version of the camera. The prime distance for sharpness might be about six inches. Beyond that forget it, the quality drops especially in low to no light, so it’s best to get the camera close. Don’t expect to make massive enlargements from these images.

The unit is technically always on, once you plug it in to your phone. Closing the app does not turn it off. You have to unplug the cable from your phone to eliminate any further battery draw. This unit will suck some battery, especially if your using the light at full brightness and shooting video, but that’s all to be expected I suppose. Everyone’s consumption will be different, so it’s difficult to say, since this is my first and only endoscope, how this scope compares to others in battery consumption.

The main drawback for me is that I have to remove my Otterbox phone case in order to get the Lightning adapter to slide all the way in to the phone. Others have said the adapter causes crashes of the app because the connection between the Lightning adapter and the main USB-C connector on the cable is a wiggle spot - I have not found that (yet). With the number of iPhones out there using Lightning connection, you’d think the manufacturer would have a Lightning version, but I’m sure it’s way more complicated and expensive. It’d be nice though - just sayin’. Another thing I wish they would have included, but it wouldn’t have met their price point, is a pouch or case to keep all the components together, not only for protection, but to aid in travel as well.

As I said at the beginning of this review, I am mostly pleased with the performance of this endoscope. I think the manufacturer has done a fine job with this very capable version of a plug and play, economical phone-type endoscope. Despite the mediocre image quality, I’d still recommend it - it’s certainly a worthy effort and can be highly useful.

The other product doesn't have a tripod stand and the camera mount didn't fit, so I bought this one. This product also comes with a tripod and fits the camera mount. It is noteworthy that the distance button on the lens side was designed as a slide button. According to other people's reviews, it looked like a push button, but it was a sliding type. What I received wasn't like a push button, it was a sliding type that was easy to understand. I'm pleased that it's easy to use and seems to have been changed.

Hello, the adapter should be used with manual lenses from the analog era, logically. On an Olympus E-PL7, I was curious about the usability and above all the achievable image quality. Since of course there is no electronic data exchange between the camera, lens and lens adapter, the camera or the image stabilizer should/can be set first to prevent camera shake Reduce. To do this, press the OK button, bring the image stabilizer to the desired setting. Then simply press the Info button and set the originally used focal length at the bottom right and you're done. The lenses came, to name just two, the Olympus G-Zuiko 1:3.5/28mm and the telephoto lens Olympus E-Zuiko 1: 4.0/200 mm. Of course, these are also used analogously on an Olympus OM-4 Ti. The adapter is well made and makes a solid impression. However, he has a slight lateral play on the bayonet. I guess less than a millimeter. But this doesn't affect the focusing at all, at least not with my lenses. I've experienced other things, and even without an adapter solution. So nothing earth-shattering, especially not at this low price. Of course it will then the camera, with the adapter and, for example, a G-Zuiko 3.5 28mm no case more suitable for jackets, and at almost 630 grams also heavier than, for example, with the Lumix 1:1.7 25mm at almost 490 grams. I like this Lumix, no question about it, but compared to the G-Zuiko 3.5 28mm, it seems to be attached to the camera, I would say "less high quality". If you have problems with manual focusing on an E-PL7, for example, I can recommend the Olympus VF-4 attachable viewfinder. The thing is great, so it can be adjusted well without a sectional image and/or microprism ring, as is the case in many analog cameras. Of course, focus peaking can also be used, but this function must then be assigned a button in the menu, e.g. the Fn button for quick access. The test JPEG photos I uploaded are all unprocessed and show quite good sharpness, colors and contrasts. My conclusion: Recommended and inexpensive adapter solution, but also with a slight tolerance on the bayonet.

This digital camera was completely perfect for my 16 year old to take to Poland with her last month for a school trip. The fashionable pink color made her happy and the compact design. But more importantly, the sleek, compact design made the camera perfect for her to fit it in her Fanny pack while she was on sightseeing trips. And speaking of size, normally a camera this tiny wouldn’t have a very good lens, but this camera’s lens is amazing. I would definitely buy this camera again.

I was so impressed with the K&F Concept brand endoscope and when I saw this articulating model I just had to have it and in fact not only is it the best endoscope on the market it blew my mind and saved me a few thousand dollars preventive claims settlement. Please read on to find out how this amazing articulating endoscope has helped me save tons of money. FIRST IMPRESSION: It came in nice retail packaging and inside the box was a sturdy zipped storage case that housed this endoscope in a perfectly fitted shape for maximum protection. The device looks professional and solid in terms of material and feel, which does not surprise me given my previous experience with K&F Concept products. The 5 inch IPS LCD screen is very clear and the buttons are located just below the screen to change setting and mode. DESIGN, SPECS and FEATURES: What really impresses me about this endoscope is not only the swiveling camera head, but also the way the movement is controlled. They really nailed it by using the dial joystick control in the center of the grip so it can be easily controlled with your thumb while holding the grip. Any other design or button would have ruined the user experience, but they really studied and gave the best possible control. Right next to the dial joystick control are the camera button and light button. It takes pictures in photo mode or starts/stops recording videos with sound in video mode. The light button toggles between different preset levels of brightness or turns off the light. Simply brilliantly made and placed in the perfect spot. I also appreciate that this is IP67 rated so it can be submerged under water to inspect anything that contains water and also block out dust or sand. I was impressed with the built-in 3000mAh battery which can last for days if not weeks after a full charge. The beauty of this endoscope is that you can see everything clearly on the 5 inch LCD screen, so you don't need an app or phone to use it, and you can take pictures and videos and then play them back from the device, to view it from the 5 inch screen, not to mention 32GB memory card is included. What's cool is that it also has a WiFi function that allows you to stream what you see on the 5 inch LCD screen to another smartphone or tablet that has the free app installed, so another person can also see what you're seeing, which is really cool. HOW IT CAN BE MORE AMAZING: I really love this endoscope and while this is the best out there I wish these improvements which aren't a deal breaker for me but would only make it more amazing. 1) I wish the cable was longer. It is only 5 feet long, but other non-articulated endoscopes are about 15 feet long. There may be technical limitations to making it longer as it has a moving head, but 10ft would have been better. 2) It would be amazing if the cable could be detached from the device and then attached to the bottom of the handle (current design) or the top of the LCD screen. This design makes it easier to work with the rigid cable, depending on whether you are looking up or down with the endoscope. 3) It would be out of this world if they could make the next model with 360 degree articulation! HOW IT SAVED ME MONEY AND TROUBLES: We recently had a kitchen remodel and replaced all of our kitchen appliances including the range hood. The new range hood we bought was much shorter compared to our old range hood and we can see the opening under the new range hood for venting which we didn't see before on the old range hood. I decided to use this articulating endoscope to check what's behind the kitchen wall and noticed that there was a badly rotted wooden frame due to a water leak from the roof. We immediately hired a contractor to fix the leak, but the repair could have caused a lot of damage and expense if we hadn't known about it years later. I am very satisfied with this endoscope in many ways. CONCLUSION: Easy 10 out of 5 stars. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing device. It's so much better than those endoscopes with two or even three lenses because it's easier to just move the direction of the camera than trying to switch between different camera lenses. It's also much easier to slide and move the cable if you can guide the endoscope's head in the right direction. If you are in the endoscope market, look no further and get this one and it will be worth the investment. Recommend wholeheartedly!

With a diameter of just 5mm, the lens at the end of the 5m long, semi-rigid endoscope cable is really tiny. Nevertheless, the picture is impressive, especially in terms of sharpness, light and color fidelity.
The hand-held endoscope is easy to use and can be switched on directly by the ON/OFF switch button. You don't need a smartphone or app to use it. Just switch it on and you're good to go. The connection cable can be easily bent into all corners and then remains in this position, only the approx. 5cm camera part is rigid.
A camera light can be switched on in 3 stages via the buttons on the control panel and the setting options are called up via the home button.
The scope of delivery includes some camera attachments, a user manual and a USB cable, with which the endoscope can also be connected to other storage devices. Unfortunately, an SD card up to 128 GB required for photos or videos or a mains adapter are not included.

I decided to use this articulating scope to check what was behind the kitchen wall and noticed that there was a badly rotted wood frame due to a water leak from the roof. We immediately hired a contractor to repair the leak, but the repair could have caused major damage and high costs if we had not known about it years later. I am very pleased with this scope in many ways.

CONCLUSIONS:

Easily 10 out of 5 stars. I can't say enough good things about this amazing device. It is so much better than those borescopes with two or even three lenses because it is easier to just move the direction of the camera rather than trying to switch back and forth between different camera lenses. It's also much easier to push and move the cable if you can guide the head of the endoscope in the right direction. If you are in the market for endoscopes, look no further and get this one and it will be well worth the investment. Wholeheartedly recommend!
