When I got this inspection camera I was surprised by its quality, a sturdy case, and the camera head felt solid. I put it to work immediately. I'm very happy with this and already loaned it to a buddy with a similar situation.

This is a very nice travel tripod. I always get backpacks with loops to hold a small tripod, but all the small tripods I've had have been flimsy and not worth lugging around. All my good tripods are too big for it. This now fills this gap.

It's very strong. When I first stretched the legs, I had to pull on them a bit to get them out, but once I freed them, they slid smoothly.

They rotate all the way around and the maximum angle locks in place with a knob.

The upper arm extends upwards with 2 segments, and each leg has 5 segments. This is a great tripod to take with you, but if you need to deploy it quickly it might frustrate you. It takes a good minute to deploy fully if you know what you're doing.

It comes with a ball head and a quick release plate. The ball head glides smoothly and has a compass and spirit level on top to ensure you have a perfect picture setup. The ball head can also rotate, which feels like a fluid head on the bottom. Simple pans are easy, but you have to rotate the camera instead of holding a grip. The quick release plate is locked with a knurled screw. You can loosen the screw and slide it back and forth a bit, but it hits a stop without your camera slipping and falling to the ground. It's a fairly small quick release plate, but it's pretty strong.

It has a nice steel hook at the bottom where you can attach a sandbag if you want to shoot in the wind.

Overall this is a great kit that comes with the tripod, a ball head and a quick release plate. It has everything you need except the camera.

I purchased this with specific task in mind:
1. Plumbing inspection and leak detection especially when the drain is clogged...
2. Automotive and light duty Truck repair - used it to do visual inspection inside cylinders on diesel engine valve, cylinder walls and piston.. I used it to locate hidden bolts while changing out cam driven distributor on 1994 Toyota Camry..
3. Home HVAC inspection on evaporator, condenser, and supply side air registers.

I am retired and no I am not a professional.. just like fixing things and the K&F Concept Inspection Camera is soooo much better than using an inspection mirror and a flash light....plus you don't have to climb over or under things to do inspections....My wife uses it to find things that she has dropped behind the washing machine, dryer or the stove...

This is a very nice mid-range tripod with a lot of functionality. While it does fold down, it is not a small thing, and it's great that it comes with a case but this isn't too small either so be prepared for an extra thing to lug around. This isn't going to fit in well with a compact set of camera gear.It is incredibly adjustable, extending to a height well over the height of my head so it's ideal for really tall people (alas, I am not really tall). Despite its size, it is also very lightweight, being made of aluminium. It does feel a little rattly when you are setting it up but once you have it ready with the camera on (and possibly hanging a bag/weight from it) it feels very sturdy indeed.There is no pan handle but there is a bolt you can loosen to allow panoramic panning, which is a very smooth movement. The head is also fully rotatable, moving through 360 degrees.You can also remove one leg and part of the central tube to create a monopod instead, the rubber foot of which is removable so you can use the spike instead to prevent the leg sliding along the ground.The tripod is rated to take up to 8kg in weight. One of my lenses is a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM which actually weighs close to 15kg. Add the body at another 700g and surprisingly the tripod doesn't struggle at all. They've obviously greatly undersold how well the tripod handles with greater weights loaded on it. However, this was tested with no additional weight hanging from it, and I was inside on a level hard floor at the time.All in all this is an amazing tripod for the price. Perhaps more expensive than a beginner would like to pay but it is getting on for professional quality at only a fraction of the price. It is a very good investment if you have any desire to up your photography game.

I bought this tripod to complement the newly acquired Canon M50. I have different tripods for different devices, but I wanted something better for the camera. I was also interested in a special feature of this tripod that you don't always find. More on that in a moment. Delivered quickly and packaged quite small, which surprised me at first, the tripod arrived. Since it was designed as a travel tripod, it is sold with a small, sturdy bag. It fits in here exactly if it is folded up correctly . More on that in a moment. The three telescopic legs can be extended three times. They are locked with a twist lock. This holds rock-solid and can be easily adjusted. At the ends are small rubber feet that guarantee a non-slip, stable stand. The angle of inclination of the legs to the center column is adjusted with a lock that can be easily released. This also allows the legs to be completely upside down on the center column. This setting is required for two different settings, and these are the two I mentioned at the beginning. Firstly, the tripod can be folded up smaller than if you only used the three legs fully retracted. And only then and after another little trick does it also fit in the pocket. (Instructions are included) On the other hand, this is necessary if you want to use the option I mentioned, which is not so often found with tripods. The center column can be removed and inserted the wrong way around, allowing the camera to be attached under the tripod, for example for shots from below or close to the ground. This is very practical and opens up completely new possibilities for camera adjustment. The center column itself can be extended twice, with another joint sitting in the middle.
